The place was very spacious and able to accommodate our large family plus one dog well instead of booking multiple hotel rooms around the area. The backyard is very large and well enclosed. The house had very large rooms and many beds of various quality, but neatly kept. The overall house/furniture has some wear and tear, but it had all that we needed during our stay. Because it was such a large house, it felt airy and not stuffy. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, house was easy to find right off the freeway and near plenty of eateries. We would definitely consider this place again when visiting in Elk Grove.

The home was clean and quiet and had everything we needed! It's in an established neighborhood but close to the highway and attractions! The beds were comfortable and having two living roooms and two bathrooms was definitely a plus!

We had a very comfortable stay in Ashley's place. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures. We didn't spend much time in the house due to our busy schedule and limited time in Sacramento on this trip, but it seemed that the house had everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Sacramento, and hopefully have more time to enjoy the home's amenities.

Maria’s place is homey and comfy. I love the “B positive “ theme. We had a lovely family visit. As my daughter conveniently lived a few minutes away. I spent time cooking family favorites Ike eggrolls and potato latkas on the beautiful high line gas stove. The kitchen could use some metal utensils and pot holders. The beds are so comfortable & loved the fluffy Frye blankets. We did put our own blanket on the bed & sheet on the couch ,to protect from pets and kids. This property is a working ranch like atmosphere We’re nature lovers and although it was wet and cold, we still explored. I’m a master gardener mentor. The succulent garden out front is incredible. Marias is an awesome host. I asked if I could have some cuttings. She graciously said yes. I don’t like when plants looking pruned, so I mostly picked up pieces lying on the ground. The scented geraniums are the largest I ever saw & found eucalyptus seeds. We’re gonna make a Rio Linda succulent garden. ❤️We will book agai

Very clean home. Everything you need is supplied. Bed very comfortable. Mohammad is a great host. I would definitely stay here again. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet. Never heard a sound from the the duplex neighbors

Me and my family had an amazing time at Happy One. We had a party of 3 adults and two kids and we had plenty of space to sit and watch tv, sit outside, hang out in rooms, etc. The house is so cute and the backyard was amazing! Would love to stay here again.

Rachel was a great host! Very responsive and happy to give recommendations for things to do in downtown Sacramento. Lovely spot, lots of space, and great amenities. Very close to downtown and a nice quiet area.

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

This location in Fair Oaks is beautiful, serene and peaceful. There is an aviary with quite a few birds, but the noise did not bother us. Very friendly and responsive hosts!!!

Great place to stay for a week. Excellent trails very close by for walking hiking biking. Space was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

I love staying here and would definitely stay again. It was a perfect location to my friends in the Midtown and Curtis Park area. Also great location down from temple coffee shop great walking area!

Property conveniently located close to shopping. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very nice floor plan. Appreciated being able to park in the garage which was helpful during the rain. Host quickly responded to our communication and resolved all issues.

AMAZING! We could not have asked for a better host/owners and jumping off point to visit all that Sacramento has to offer. The property exceeded all our expectations. If you love the country life, look no further. The property has is all. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Worth what I paid for, very comfortable, and it’s just felt like home, a quiet neighborhood not far from the stores, would rent it again if travel again with my family

I booked this home a group of our law students that were there attending a competition. They said the place was beautiful and very roomy. It was also super convenient to their competition location. The host was extremely proactive and provided clear instructions upfront, and ahead of time. She was always responsive to our guest if they had a question as well. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at this location again.

If you’re looking for an incredible “experience stay” this is the place! Built to entertain family and friends, all who walked through the door felt immediately at home and in awe of this property. We didn’t want to leave!!! Some family genuinely wished it was for sale! While the photos are stunning it still doesn’t do the incredible scale and comfort of this property and home justice. No detail was missed! I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the summer but it did make an ideal luxury rental for Thanksgiving. Thank you Kolesar family!

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

Best part was the kitchen was huge. Helped us with cooking next to each other but overall great place hopefully to come out during the summer, but definitely will book for next Christmas.
