The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. Thanks so much.

House was perfect for a large group and very clean when we arrived. There were all the necessary pans, pots, silverware, etc. for cooking for meals in the house. The host (Amber) was quick to communicate and adjust to audibles/questions from our end. Great stay for a large group. Would highly recommend.

The property is everything as described and more! We immediately felt at peace and appreciated the wonderful amenities (fully stocked kitchen, sauna, comfortable beds, window views). Duane was a ray of sunshine and incredible host. He stopped by to give us a history of the property and suggestions for enjoying nature. Our walks were relaxing and we enjoyed all the wildlife: birds playing in the morning, a groundhog running about, and busy squirrels. We would certainly stay again when in the area!

Our group had a fantastic time at Will's place for a bachelor party weekend. The house was great, in a great location, and Will was super friendly, responsive, and helpful with great recommendations We definitely recommend Will's place, and will be back again if we're ever in the area!

The place was perfect, clean, homey, comfortable and really unique. Loved the pool, cold plunge, sauna, screen porch. We had everything we needed from fresh flowers and cookies to convenient multiple charging stations by the beds. Loved the outdoor lighting and overall coziness of this place. Quiet and peaceful, sounds of the water lapping the shore, beautiful place to drink morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Also found some great sea glass on the beach!! Love, love, loved staying here :)

This place was amazing! Beautifully updated with plenty of room for our family to stay and gather. The views of the bay were exceptional with sunsets on the water every night! Janet was a perfect host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

We had the best stay. Maggie and Scott were very communicative and friendly — even helping us acquire a parking pass which allowed us to park on the streets near the house. The house is charming with skylights and an awesome back patio. Our dog loved sitting in the sun out back and also enjoyed meeting other dogs on walks around the neighborhood and in Stanton Park just to the north. We adored that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The location is stellar for anyone who wants to be in the adorable Capitol Hill neighborhood and easily walk to The Mall, Eastern Market, and Navy Yard. We look forward to staying again!

This is easily one of the nicest and most well-appointed Air BnBs we have ever stayed at. We appreciated the unit being stocked with eggs, wine, NA beverages, coffee, butter, snacks, and other local goodies. The house itself was awesome!!! The views of the bay were indescribable. We loved using the hot tub, fire pit, fishing, and kayaking to the nearby sandy beach. There wasn’t a ton to do in the neighboring towns but there was no reason not to hang out near the water. There were great restaurants, a couple cute thrift stores, and a nice grocery store which had everything we needed. We bought fresh caught oysters down the road and had fun trying our hand at cooking them.

I had the pleasure of staying at Nicole’s place, and I can't recommend it enough! The space was beautifully decorated and clean, making it feel like a home away from home. Nicole was welcoming and attentive, providing us with all the information and local recommendations we needed for the stay. The location was perfect, situated close to local attractions and great dining options. We loved exploring the area and coming back to relax in a cozy environment. We had the opportunity to hike Cunningham Falls, which was only about 30 minutes away, and well worth it. We were also able to walk along the strip, only about 5 minutes from the house, that provided many local shops and coffee shops. Overall, Nicole and her home exceeded our expectations, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway.

The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Angie's place was perfect for a wedding my group went to on the island. Cooking in the kitchen was slightly difficult due to the limited pots and pans, but we made do. I reached out to Angie about the dishwasher not drying properly because we needed to re-wash the dishes that were from the prior renters because it smelled funky. She assured me that she was going to look into that issue. Overall the beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The home was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of room for 6 adults. We found ourselves spending our mornings in the front living room looking at the beautiful water view and variety of birds landing on the water (binoculars were provided). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Since it was February and part of the creek was frozen, we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks or fire pit, but they did provide plenty of fire wood. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and they were very nice. All around it was a place we will return.

Patti was an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we need and she went the extra mile providing toys for our toddler. The house was beautiful. Very peaceful neighbourhood and you can just walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and a playground. Perfect getaway for families. And the heated pool is the icing on the cake

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

It was really easy to book with John; the home was very relaxing to enjoy while visiting our family. The place is beautiful and spotless. John is a great host-we”re looking forward to booking again.

Maryann's space was everything we needed for our stay during the inauguration weekend. we had 4 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect for all of us. it was clean, uncluttered, everyone had their own space and we were able to prepare meals with no issue. ample linens were provided, along with paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap and dishwasher pods. Being close to both east and west falls church metro made it easy to get downtown. We will absolutely stay at Maryann's place the next time we come to DC.

This townhouse is very conveniently located in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and bars minutes away. The back of the house is adjacent to a cute and peaceful park. There is also great off street parking behind the house. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group, the showers were hot, and the kitchen perfectly functional. The interior has a few quirks with uneven floors and a steep, narrow staircase that could be challenging for some but fine for us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.
