Our townhouse can sleep 12 people but not 12 adults. Ideal for 8 adults, max 9 adults and the rest of the space/beds are perfect for children. It is ideal for families and/or small group of friends.

Great location. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and Cabana Sam's. Loft is designed for children and young adults as the steps are steep. Not recommended for small children and elderly. Inside the cottage is very spacious and great for a family setting. Located directly next door to another listing. (Cottage 2) Great for larger friend and family groups.
