I can’t say enough nice things about the camper OR the hosts! Delinda and Charles were so responsive and helpful and kind. Really intense weather came in and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and safe. The farm is beautiful and the animals are so well cared for and very friendly. It was bluebonnet season when we visited so the area was in full bloom. The beds in the camper are surprisingly comfortable as well! So soft and cozy. Highly recommend. Would love to visit again in the future! Thanks Delinda and Charles!

What an amazing space! We had our wedding here and also stayed two nights. Loved that we had flexibility with what vendors to hire and how to use the space. We were able to keep everything within our budget. Chandu was a great communicator throughout our stay. Highly recommend for brides on a budget! We kind of wish we’d booked a longer stay, too, to enjoy to property more, so be sure to consider that. Will definitely book again- already thinking about Christmas/Family reunion.

This house was the perfect spot for our stay in Waxahachie! Lots of space for our family to spread out, and the place was spotless.

Great place to stay! It’s on the outskirts of town and has a very peaceful environment with farmland behind it. The house doesn’t have actual bedrooms but has a privacy panel available for one of the beds. A trundle type sofa and massive sectional are also available for sleeping. The details are so thoughtful - movie snacks, laundry facilities and toiletries are all ready to use. The hosts live in the home that shares the driveway which seemed a little awkward at first but was never an issue. The house has very reasonable rules posted and check-in and out were effortless! We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The upstairs cottage was everything we needed and more! Russell and Nancy were beyond friendly and welcoming! Everything inside was so clean and comfortable! Outside was beautiful, between the garden, hot tub, and pool it was stunning. There was even the sweetsweetest little garden watcher cat that made friends as well. The next time we're in Ennis this will definitely be a repeat booking for us! We came down to go to the Motorplex and it was also right down the road conveniently located around local shops and food!

Perfect location, perfect host. The ranch is beautiful. We were there at bluebonnet season. This is the essence of Texas. What a truly incredible experience!
