We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit in der Unterkunft von Aldo. Das Haus ist toll und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Pool vor der Haustür ist ein echter Eyecatcher. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft :-)

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Wir haben mit 9 Personen Manuela's Haus bewohnt. Es war ausreichend Platz und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool war "Gold" wert für die Kinder :) Der Ausblick auf das Meer und das tägliche Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist mit Geld nicht zu bezahlen, einfach ein Traum. Wir vermissen es schon....Da wir mit dem Auto nach Sardinien gekommen sind, konnten wir viele schöne Strände und Orte besuchen. Ein Boot mit Skipper haben wir auch gebucht, einfach mal am Hafen von Porto Corallo nachfragen. Er hat uns zum Schnorcheln und Baden an wunderschöne Buchten mit glasklarem Wasser gefahren. Das war ein Erlebnis für uns Alle. Das Haus von Manuela ist groß und mit allem bestückt was man so braucht, in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Anzumerken ist, dass es keine Filterkaffeemaschine gibt, sondern eine Kapselmaschine. Manuela ist wirklich ein perfekter Gastgeber, bei Ankunft waren Getränke (Wasser, Sekt, Saft) nebst Eiswürfel im Kühlschrank, ein Kuchen, Snacks, Nudeln standen bereit. Lieben Dank

Wir haben einen wunderschönen und sehr entspannenden Aufenthalt verbracht. Sowohl das Haus wie der Standort Torre delle Stelle eignen sich dazu sehr. Torre delle Stelle als Standort gute Wahl auch ggü anderen umliegenden Dörfern aufgrund Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Fischhändler ist mega und ist auch bei Restaurants aus der Umgebung beliebt und es lohnt sich da früh hinzugehen. Die Sicht aus dieser Immobilie über das Meer sind einmalig und überwältigend. Einen Sonnenuntergang mit Abendröte haben wir auch erlebt. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, aber schon etwas älter. Grill und Swimming Pool sind wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Auf der Veranda kann man gut verweilen. Gastgeberin ist sehr sympatisch und reagierte innert Minuten auf Bedürfnisse. dh insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Grundsätzlich alles sehr gut, großes Lob an Marco, war auch im Notfall schnell zur Hilfe und immer sehr freundlich. Danke

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

schöne Unterkunft nur 3 Gehminuten vom tollen Sandstrand entfernt. Trotz August ist dieser fast menschenleer und eine Beachbar ist auch vorhanden. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden. 2 Bäder inkl. Dusche und 2 Schlafzimmer.

Wir (eine Gruppe von 3 Paaren) waren eine gute Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Im Dunkeln war es nicht ganz so leicht, die Einfahrt zu finden, aber ansonsten hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind genau so wie in den Fotos gezeigt und auch beschrieben. Die Ausstattung an Töpfen und Geschirr ist sehr gut, Weingläser könnten es gerne ein paar mehr sein. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, die Lage ist ruhig, alles sehr angenehm. Zu Fuß kann man den Strand und den kleinen Supermarkt gut erreichen, der Heimweg ist aber schon ein klein wenig anstrengend. Der Strand ist total angenehm, schöner Sand, tolles Wasser, eine Bar, was will man mehr. Die Infos von Enrico waren hilfreich, er war gut erreichbar und hat direkt geantwortet. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Gerne wieder!

una vacanza splendida, la casa bellissima, pulita e in una posizione favolosa, parcheggiò fuori casa, ristoranti vicini e mare a 500m. Patrizia sempre discreta e precisa con i suoi importanti suggerimenti. sicuramente se torno in Costa Rei proverò a contattarla. Grazie Matteo e Francesca

A abitazione veramente bella, pulita e con tutto quanto necessario come essere a casa. Molto confortevole e pulitissima. Comoda al centro ed alle strutture per la spesa. Per le spiaggie necessario utilizzo auto, ma ne vale la pena essendo veramente belle e tutte a pochi chilometri di distanza. Unica pecca riscontrata la frettolosa attività di check-in senza particolare interesse all'ospite, penso dovuta alla scelta di far gestire a terzi quest'attività. Abitazione ubicata in complesso privato molto tranquillo. Riassumendo casa consigliatissima e davvero bella, pulita e con tutto il necessario.

Il soggiorno ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative.Alloggio comodo fornito di tutto l essenziale. Marcello è un host preparatissimo,prima dell arrivo ci ha fornito consigli utili sulla zona e durante il soggiorno ci siamo interfacciati pochissimo in quanto non ce ne stato il bisogno. Tutto è filato liscio! Abbiamo preso la macchina solo 4 o 5 volte in 12 giorni per andare a visitare altre spiagge rinomate o per fare "spesa grande".Nelle vicinanze ci sono comunque un po' di ristoranti e servizi vari(market un po' cari ma utili in caso di necessità). La spiaggia è a 100 metri, neanche! personalmente l ho apprezzata tantissimo per spazi e caratteristiche naturali: sabbia a granelli grandi dai colori del giallo che rendeva l acqua di un particolare colore smeraldo. Unica nota negativa: per 3 notti,probabilmente in un bar li vicino, c'è stato molto chiasso.Una di queste fino alle 6 di mattina! molti nel vicinato si sono lamentati a conferma dell effettivo rumore causato.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus war groß, makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – wir hatten wirklich alles, was wir brauchten. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der private Pool, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht haben. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für unsere Tochter waren die fünf niedlichen und freundlichen Hunde, die ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück lebten. Sie liebte es, Zeit mit ihnen zu verbringen! Die Hunde hatten jedoch keinen Zutritt zum Haus oder zum Garten, was für uns auch sehr angenehm war. Wir können dieses Airbnb jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub im Süden Sardiniens verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Mein Partner und ich haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes bei Marco sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Marco war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alloggio molto carino, spazioso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per la casa e la spiaggia e anche per il nostro bimbo (lettino, giochi per casa e spiaggia). Posizione comoda per uscire a piedi in centro, ma tranquilla e comoda anche per spostarsi con la macchina. Insomma, esperienza da ripetere e consigliata!

Esperienza ottima. Eravamo in quattro adulti e due bambini e siamo stati comodi, giardino tenuto benissimo con tutti i comfort (griglia, doccia esterna e lettini). Appartamento pulito e spazioso, a circa un quarto d’ora da tutte le spiagge attorno a Villasimius. Lisa disponibilissima e premurosa, ci ha dato ottimi consigli e si è preoccupata più volte di come stesse andando il nostro soggiorno. Decisamente consigliato

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Ein tolles (Reihen-)Haus und sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Haus ist relativ klein, aber hat alles was man für eine vierköpfige Familie braucht. Es ist sehr schön und mit netten Details ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist weltklasse. Jedes der Zimmer hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Costa Rei. Die Costa Rei ist hervorragend zum Baden geeignet. Selbst Ende Oktober ist das Meer warm und perfekt zum Baden. In der Umgebung findet man auch schöne Wanderwege. Man benötigt in jedem Fall ein Auto (wir sind mit der Fähre von Genua nach Porto Torres gefahren; der Flug alleine wäre doppelt so teuer wie die Fähre geworden). Dom a vybavenie vyzerá oveľa lepšie ako na fotkách. Miesto bolo naozaj blízko pláže. Bol tam kľud a ticho. Dal sa použiť gril na drevené uhlie. Bola k dispozícii aj vonkajšia sprcha tak po pláži sme sa od piesku umyli vonku. Dve terasy kde sa dalo jesť + veľký balkón bol skvelý. Ak chcete byť len na pláži a ísť si niečo len kúpiť do obchodu tak nepotrebujete ani auto. Obchod bol relatívne blízko (15 minút peši), aj keď s veľkým nákupom to nebolo jednoduché, ale dá sa to zvládnuť. Ak budete mať požičané auto, parkovať sa dá na pozemku. Klimatizácia bola v každej izbe, ale nebolo ju treba ani zapínať. Wifi bola dostačujúca pre 4 osoby. Vrelo odporúčam toto ubytovanie

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!
