Allows us extra time to spend with our son and his wife over the weekend while they stayed at Lake Martin. Enjoyed our time together. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

Very nice place to stay with lots of amenities! Bryan was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

We loved our stay at the lake house. The space was great. The master was upstairs and the living space open. All other bedrooms downstairs. They had all sorts of games and water toys to enjoy the lake. Check in was easy and the owner was great at responding as well as their property manager. The kitchen was well equipped too. We had an amazing girls retreat and will def be back to visit their lake house again. Thanks Carla for being a great host!

Our stay at Stacey’s place was worth what we paid. This is our second time staying at Stacy's location Once again it was extremely satisfying—a peaceful, walkable area with beautiful surroundings and plenty to do. The neighborhood felt safe and inviting, making my stay even more enjoyable. Stacey was an excellent communicator from booking to checkout. She was proactive, always responsive, and provided helpful local recommendations along with clear instructions. Stacey’s place was exactly as described. It matched the photos perfectly, had all the listed amenities, and exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculately clean. The kitchen was pristine, the bathroom squeaky clean, and everything—from furniture to linens—was spotless and clutter-free. Effortless! Jody was truly exceptional. Her communication was top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property itself was beautiful, boasting an incredible view of the lake that left us in awe. It was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation, providing a serene and picturesque setting that we all fell in love with. Our children had an amazing time, with the awesome deep water dock with stairs going into the water to keep them entertained. The place was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Me and my crew loved the cabin . we saw 20 + deer every afternoon when we came back from work. the beds and pillows were amazing. great showers also. the pond out front beautiful.

Our stay was perfect. The host was readily available and helped us recovery a few pillows we left behind. Location was perfect. We docked our boat at the house for the weekend and fully enjoyed the lake and its proximity to restaurants and chimney rock. Approximately 25min boat ride from River North to the house and about 10min to chimney rock. The house had plenty of rooms, linens and kitchen items for our stay. I highly recommend booking the house for anyone looking for a fairly priced home with all you need to enjoy the lake. The dock was great and we used it everyday. Great hosts! Very helpful!

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was — it ended up being so lovely that we added an extra night because we simply couldn’t bring ourselves to leave! Gina is not only communicative and helpful, but genuinely kind and it shows! From thoughtful details (small container of coffee to get you started, makeup towels, coloring books - we didn’t travel with children but what a nice touch) to a beautiful setting, we couldn’t have asked for more! The serene location on the lake was quiet and beautiful but we also appreciated the contemporary comforts of wi-fi and a smart tv so that we could watch a little football after spending our day out in nature. The best of both worlds! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back to visit again soon!!!
