I stayed at Madis' apartment for 5 months and this was not just an excellent listing but a home away from home. The apartment is actually cozier than it seems in the photos and was equipped with everything a guest could ever need. Madis had also stocked frozen handpicked delicious Estonian berries in the freezer ! He met me at the apartment and explained everything I needed to know for my lengthy stay in Tartu. The building is situated just by the beautiful river beach. If you are a walker like me , the place is ideal for a brisk refreshing walk to the city center in the morning and in the evening. You can also enjoy the view and the stunning sunsets from the balcony in the summertime.

Ett mycket rymligt rymligt boende som är större än vad bilderna visar. Lugnt hus och område och en närbutik rakt över gatan som har generösa öppettider. En kort promenad ner till gamla stan men jag vill varmt rekommendera att promenera runt i Supilinn. Mycket bra kommunikation med Kristi och väldigt okomplicerad incheckning.

Nice apartment in a very quiet and residential area of ​​Tartu, the apartment is 10 minutes by car from the bus station and 3 minutes from a large supermarket. The apartment is very beautiful and much better decorated than it appears in the photos. Quality products. the TV and the bed is huge. the kitchen is spectacular too. If you want to relax, don't think twice before purchasing this apartment.

The building, apartment and furniture looks new and give a luxurious feel. Kristiine offers a few parking options at close distance which is very convenient. Highly recommended to stay in Tartu

Staying at Kadri's was perfect. The apartment is new, spotlessly clean, has well equipped kitchen, wifi and other appliances. The apartment matches the listing perfectly, the communication with the host was fast and clear, and the the check in/check out per instructions fast and problem free. Nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and the old town / center of Tartu just a stones throw away. I highly recommend Kadris aparment and Kadri as a host!

Altough it was only overnight stay, the place was great, sauna was good and hot. But I will recommend the place for a longer stay just because Otepää is a great place to visit!

Our stay at this property was an absolute delight! For about 1.5 months, it became our home away from home during our house renovations. The house itself was stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean, boasting an incredibly comfortable interior that enveloped us in coziness. The collection of assorted plates added a charming touch, elevating the homely feel of the place. Johannes and his family - our hosts, were incredibly friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand. And the sweet gesture from our lovely neighbour, who surprised us with her delicious apple pie, added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. Surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with apple trees, this place truly felt like a sanctuary. Its convenient location, just a quick 10-minute walk from both the ski resort and the beach area, made it even more perfect. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a charming and cozy retreat.

I will definitely return there! An amazing place to stay for a couple of days to explore Tartu. This cozy wooden two-story house has everything you need (and even more) for peaceful family relaxation: a pond, a private wood-fired sauna, two terraces, a spacious garden, a fireplace, party games, a smart TV, a neat kitchen, four beds, and more, and more, and more... Kati is super friendly and takes care of your comfort as if you were her best friend. A fabulous and very kind host! 11 stars out of 10!!! Thank you, Kati! ✨

Der Aufenthalt bei Kirke war sehr schön. Kirke war sehr hilfreich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist groß. Auch gut geeignet für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt!

Great place to stay for a couple! City center is a walking distance away, river is right nearby and the area itself is peaceful. All necessary utilities (including a washing maschine for clothes) is provided. Highly recommended!

This was a terrific place to stay in Tartu. An easy walk into the heart of town. The apartment is large, and all the needed amenities are there. I would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Madli's place. She is very thoughtful and kind, and went out of her way to help our family. The area is peaceful and walkable and the place is lovely.
