We have stayed at this place a few times now and always enjoy our visit. It’s perfect for a big group, has a well stocked kitchen, a cozy fireplace and a wonderful hot tub with views of the beautiful yard. Will be back next year!

This home is incredible. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, large and unique home, and had a sweet hot tub to enjoy. This home has everything you need to enjoy yourself. TV with direct TV in living room and main bedroom. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Huge shower with amazing water pressure. Hot tub was hot and ready to use when we got there. Just a few tips, take bug spray and watch out for some spiders! 10/10 stay would stay again

This was such a beautiful place! It has amazing views of both ocean and mountain, so the best of both worlds! We stayed for a weekend getaway for our anniversary, and everything was perfect. Strongly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back!

What a beautiful location. We had six adults and a baby and everyone had a room! The home was very well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Rick was incredibly responsive to a couple of requests we had. There had been a lot of rain so we didn't get to fish as we were hoping, but still enjoyed the home, hot tub, a visit to Crescent Lake and three nights of family games.

This was our first time in Sooke and we shared Fredrick’s place with a friend we hadn’t seen in years. The warm home like environment, the separate bedroom ,bathroom spaces worked perfectly. The views were wonderful and we dined and explored the area easily. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Where do I start, to describe how amazing our experience was! The house is at the top so you can only see a few roofs. The owners do live nearby and have a wonderful dog that visits if you are OK with him. Location is out of town, but only 30 minutes (residential driving, so speed limit is low) to town. So many natural things to see within 10 minutes or just explore around the house! Lots of games at the house to keep everyone busy if the weather is not great. The only downside, other than not being able to live there full time, would be the water pressure. It was very low and difficult to shower if any other water source was on and also washing dishes was hard. If there is availability, we will be back!

Tammy and her place were both exceptional. This has to be the most well thought out Airbnb that I've stayed at! She has literally thought of everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The space was cozy and comfortable with great views from the private deck. We took our dog for walks across the street in the hiking trails at the National Park headquarters. Tammy was a great host - very proactive and responsive and gave us a ton of thoughtful recommendations for the area. We will definitely be staying again!

We love staying here! It’s peaceful and relaxing, right off the Galloping Goose for a quick ride or walk and the kids love being able to have a campfire. The place is clean, has everything you need and all the kitchen tools to cook a great meal. Laura is always quick to respond, and my son loved checking out the fire truck!

Staying at Tricia's location was perfect. It is a quick drive or nice walk into downtown Winslow, but it is also in a nice peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend staying at Tricia's. The space itself is very charming and had exactly what we needed for ourselves and our dog.

Dog friendly is an understatement. You can tell Rene is a fan of dogs. She had many amenities for the pooches, from towels, wipes, dog treats galore, down to having water and food bowls too. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood where we were able to let the dogs out to play and go potty without any concerns. This is a peaceful home away from home. We spent lots of time relaxing and resting -- this place was exactly what we needed. We like to utilize the kitchen and cook while we are on getaways. Most kitchens have the bare bone minimal kitchen utensils and cookware. We had everything we needed, to include an abundance of different spices. And for those who are Pampered Chef lovers, she even has a few PC items. The bathrooms/bedrooms have plenty of supplies to include full-size shower needs. Tons of bedding and linens too. I love that, as lots of places give you only a couple of towels and such for your stay. It was nice not to rashon the linens. 2 thumbs up!

My partner and I stayed with our two dogs at Craig's place for about 6 weeks over Christmas and New Years. We absolutely loved the stay and the views are incredible. There was plenty of space for us to host holidays and have family stay with us. We even got to cut down a Christmas tree from the farm to decorate! We both worked from the house and had zero issues with internet. Would highly recommend the stay. Pros: -spacious -plenty of seating -comfortable bed -gorgeous views -great access to Deception Pass and rest of Whidbey -good internet speeds Cons: -one main bath with tub that is difficult to step into for limited mobility folks -low water pressure -planes flying overhead can be very noisy if on work meetings/calls

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

This is an AMAZING place for a couple’s retreat! We felt so welcome and right at home during our stay! Louis and Tasha are wonderful hosts and they’ve put a lot of thought and care into creating a wonderful experience for their guests

This place was perfect for our family of four. we easily felt comfortable and at home. Clean and well maintained. Easy to get to. check-in and check out were easy. Felt very secure. The location is wonderful, incredibly walkable. Close to everything. Would not hesitate to stay again!

The condo was great in every way for our visit and for our purposes. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the large dining table (instead of the common, but ridiculous Air BnB bistro table that barely accommodates one person), and the good quality linens. Joyce was a great communicator until we checked-out, then I never heard from her again and was hoping to get a response to my messages. Joyce was able to coach me through the TV and DVD player's connections and was able to troubleshoot from afar. This was impressive! This property won't be available for long as it is being sold. That's too bad as we would love to rent it again in the future. Highly recommend Joyce as a property manager.

Our recent stay at this amazing house, hosted by the absolutely wonderful Gramma Rikki, was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed breathtaking views and easy access to all the island's treasures. Whether we wanted to explore the vibrant town, hike scenic trails, or simply relax and soak in the tranquility, everything was conveniently within reach. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality of Gramma Rikki. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests, and we truly appreciated their warm and welcoming spirit. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the island. Our stay here was truly amazing. We were in town for a family wedding which was fun but our stay at this beautiful oasis made it an even more memorable time. We loved all the various spaces available which provided ample space for all of our family (6 of us) to hang out together or just find a cozy space to read and relax. The home is very well appointed and stocked (kitchen supplies & equipment, toiletries, linens, towels) - everything you could think of needing was there. We were nervous about using the pizza oven but Louis and Tasha walked us through how to use it and our home made pizzas were a huge hit! The back yard was indeed a relaxing retreat with the waterfall and natural swim pond, including beautiful vegetation and flowers. The privacy of the space made you forget you were in the city! Our hosts definitely anticipated our every need. Pride of ownership was certainly evident. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Victoria!

A beautiful, very clean apartment in a wonderful location. The only wish would be is Air conditioning but large fans were provided and that was very nice

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful and comfortable house. We had 7 (family of 5 plus 2 grandparents) and there was plenty of room to spread out - but best of all was the beautiful space to be together with a view of the water and mountains. The kids loved watching birds on the sea out one side and ducks on the pond out the other. It being January, we were able to see both sunrise and sunset out the expansive windows. The living room had plenty of seating and a great table for playing board games. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of supplies. Dad & kids walked down to the beach on our 2nd evening and had a good time throwing rocks in the water! The quilts and other decorations make the place feel warm and homey. Lara was responsive when we had a brief issue at check-in and it was resolved within 10 minutes. We hope to be back someday!
