Steve was an absolutely wonderful host—so pleasant, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He made everything easy and welcoming from the moment I arrived. His apartment is a true gem—full of charm and comfort, with an absolutely breathtaking view of the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and that stunning view was pure bliss. Gemma’s place is stunning! Immaculately clean, well equipped and so welcoming! It was such a treat to come back from a breezy beach walk to a warm, cosy space. Gemma was super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

The cottage was perfect for a family getaway. It had everything we needed and more ( thanks for the beach chairs). Fixtures and fittings all top class, especially the beds. We loved being able to pop to the end of the small road and be at the waters edge. Nick was quick to respond when we messaged and he checked in a couple of times to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. This was above and beyond our expectations- thank you Nick! We hope to stay again and share Shaldon with the rest of the family.

This place is definitely something special. It is the nicest, most comfortable place, I have stayed in on Air B@B . I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

fantastic property with an amazing view which gets better with the balcony where you can walk out and take in the wonderful views of the bay. everything you could possibly need is provided in this exceptionally clean property, with the added welcoming touches of fresh flowers sweets and a bottle of fizz were the icing on the cake . Steve is a fantastic and friendly host who responded quickly when we needed a boost in heating on a chilly evening if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable get away with a magnificent sea view look no further just , we counting down the days until our next stay already in May . thank you Steve for an amazing holiday home 10/10

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay for my sons birthday. Was a short weekend visit. But we loved the natural surroundings and felt it was very private and peaceful. The cabin was equipped with everything you might need and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We hope to maybe come back with family and rent both cabins.
