Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

A great stay in Adam’s gorgeous house. Kitchen was really well equipped, beds comfy and great shower. The village is really pretty and Stamford only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend; we were 4 friends but would be great for a couple of families too.

My family and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming cottage. The space was perfect for our group to catch up and recharge our batteries together. The interior was cozy and inviting, especially with the fireplace going one evening. We loved relaxing in the Jacuzzi tub after our days exploring the local wildlife - we saw ducks, geese, and even some deer! The cottage had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and feel at home. On our last day, we walked up to the local pub for a delicious Sunday roast lunch, which was a perfect way to cap off our relaxing weekend. I’m so glad I booked this Airbnb for our family getaway - it was the ideal spot for us to reconnect and enjoy quality time together. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay.

Hollie was fast responsive when I had messaged her before booking. The cottage was lovely and warm when we arrived and the hot tub was ready for use. We had a great stay here and enjoyed our time x

We celebrated my partners 30th & it was so special - the most peaceful, romantic place even better than the photos! Watched the shooting stars from the hot tub, the house was so cosy & warm with the fire place an absolute dream. The best air BnB we have ever stayed in & would be thrilled to visit again!! We had the best stay at this beautiful home! Amber was a great host and went above and beyond for us. The trampoline in the garden was a great extra we weren’t expecting and the kids loved the playroom too. The location is a bit out the way so need to drive to shops 10/15 mins but the village is beautiful and really couldn’t fault it. Would return & definitely recommend. Thanks again x

We had a really relaxing stay in this beautiful place with a stunning outdoor forest directly accessible through the large garden. A tastefully decorated house with interesting artefacts and ceramics. A great place for reading books, cooking and having fires outside in the fire pit. Super quiet and peaceful and a perfect place for rest and recuperation. Also a good location from which to explore forests and sights of Norfolk.

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

Great location for some of our favourite beaches. Brancaster and Holkham Beaches are our favourites. I enjoyed the details of the cottage. The magazines, vintage tea cups for sale, the tiny staircase, and the wood burner. All added to the coziness and charm. The host was very communicative and flexible when we needed to change our dates last minute. Will for sure stay again as an affordable option when we want to pop over to Norfolk for some beach days.

Litcham is such a beautiful village with all the amenities needed along with a very nice fish & chip shop. Rebecca’s house was lovely. Parking to the rear of the property was very easy. We liked the open plan feel to the downstairs. If there was one thing that Rebecca could do, it would be to change the kitchen floor step, as although clear signs are out ‘mind your step’ it was very easy to forget and on a number of occasions found ourselves tripping down the step. We would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

Charming, cosy cottage-home from home. Emma and Chris lovely hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. Well placed to explore North Norfolk, dog walks a short drive away. We had a relaxing few days away and hope to return in the near future.

Watt cottage is a beautiful little cottage which makes you feel at home. The cottage was well equipped with all the essentials needed. Samantha communicated with me when needed and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying at Watt cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a fabulous place to stay, quiet and peaceful with a lovely courtyard are to sit out in - but go out through the gate and you are across the road from the beach or a few yards from the centre of town. We booked it when we were visiting family in the area and will hopefully do so again when we next go down.

Wow, what a beautiful cottage. Had a fantastic stay. Marie the host was super helpful. The cottage itself has to be seen to be believed. So, as long you are fit and can cope with mountaineering the staircase (literally!) you will have a fantastic experience. Spotlessly clean, full of charm and very well equipped. Will definitely return ;)

Stunning cottage in stunning grounds of a stately home / manor. The cottage is in a private orchard so you have a lovely very large green / garden with the accompanying birdsong to enjoy to yourselves! There are no other cottages so the grounds are private and wonderful to explore on foot too. The kids brought their bikes for some cycling on the attached woodland paths and lovely for morning or evening walks. The cottage itself is modern, spotless and well heated, lovely roll top bath and walk in showers. The cottage from outside to in is all one floor so great for our baby who was crawling (there is one step between the kitchen and living room). Hosts were very responsive and welcoming.

We had an amazing time at the Cottage! The bed was super comfy, and the whole place is incredibly peaceful – perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The surroundings are beautiful, and Angela was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

This was our second week staying here, after a brilliant experience the first time staying here, we had to come back again. Thank you for hosting us during our stay.

Myself and my wife had a wonderful one-night stay at this lovely, modern Airbnb. The space was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and offered all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host was communicative and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen/bar and the comfortable bed, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.

20 min from Stevenage but who could have predicted how quiet and away from traffic it would be? Birdlife amazing, great views from the cottage which apparently is the oldest building on the estate but you wouldn’t have known. We had a lovely family weekend get together and on our way out a bonus of a guided tour of the 17th century walled garden next to the main house. What’s not to like?
