Very clean and nice place. Really enjoyed hosting my family here, relatively 20 minutes from major shopping areas. Would recommend.

CJ is a great host and this was a beautiful home. I had issues locating the access code once I arrived and CJ quickly responded. Also one of the guests was forgotten on the list for the property, he quickly contacted the guards and assisted my needs. My family and I were able to go fishing, walk around the community and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake.

Michael's place was very cozy, clean and quite. I loved the lake view. felt right at home. Michael was very responsive. all details and descriptions were accurate. loved his list of recommendations for local activities. Our fur baby enjoyed herself as well as we did. Thank you again Michael for allowing us to utilize your home. will definitely visit again.

Had a beautiful stay and view right in the backyard! The hot tub overview of the lake was great and same with the view from the queen bed in the loft! Host was super responsive, personable and friendly. The space was well kept and welcoming!

Ms. Kimberly is the BEST HOST. Her attention to detail is exceptional. We had everything that we needed. The place is majestic. It is super clean and beautiful. We truly had a 5 star stay! The house was clean, well equipped, and exactly as pictured (even better!). The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the lake. This location exceeded our expectations and already planning our return! Michael was so responsive and such a great host! All appliances worked perfectly and were clean. Great stay!

This is our second year coming here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen/family room around is great for all of our family to hang out in one spot. Love the huge kitchen table so we could all eat together.

Spent a weekend here with family and 5 little dogs. There is a bit more paperwork you have to do to get allowed into the community and to get the visitor pass at the Welcome Center. Once inside the community, getting into the house was easy. It was very cozy with lots to do in and out of the house. It rained the entire time we were there...but the house had lots to do inside. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and was able to cook a beautiful family dinner! Thank you for the beautiful setting for our family yearly gathering!

We felt safe in this air bnb, as we walked our dog through the neighborhood. The little pizza place nearby, I don't remember the name, has decent pizza and prices. The hot tub is a highlight! While there, a herd of deer were walking through as I was entering the hot tub... they were not disturbed. If you have a dog, you will appreciate the carpeted areas in the house. Our dog struggles with walking on tile/hardwood, so the carpet definitely helped. The yard is also fenced. We enjoyed our stay and felt quite relaxed.

Our group could not have been more impressed! This was one of our top experiences! Melissa was always very quick to answer questions. They have a FAQ video that was SUPER helpful. The house was perfect! The large dining table and chairs was one of the big selling points! You don't find many houses that can accommodate 17 people at one time. We loved their attention to detail by labeling where everything was in the kitchen! Even the bedrooms had name tags on them. They had QR codes you could scan in case you needed to know how to use the heating, ac, or hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious! They even included a laundry kit for us. The multiple decks allowed our large group to enjoy the back yard together. We spent hours in the game room. The kitchen included everything we needed! The 2 full size refrigerators was a big PLUS! The cost was VERY reasonable! They really seem to care about their guests and seem to have thought of everything! We will return!

The house is large and clean. There was a big bucket of salt left for us (thank god as it snowed everyday) and the deck was shoveled when we arrived. All amenities worked and we enjoyed our time. The hot tub did have trouble keeping up with temp but it was 8 degrees out and to be expected. Be aware that the bedroom that is the game room is in a separate small building from the house. In the winter it’s a small icy walk. Totally doable though. I would definitely return in warmer weather as the area looks like it would be beautiful in summer with lots for teens to amuse themselves

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

Loved the home, it was beautiful! Perfect for the girls trip I planned! Rooms were spacious and had all that we needed! Would definitely book this home again! Loved that there were instructions everywhere for things to be cautious of so that nothing gets broken! The only thing I would say is, I wish the porch & hot tub area had a bit more lighting to it, other than that this home was amazing!

Jonathan was fast at responding to everything I had asked… very friendly and chill… defently did not wanna leave me and my fiancés little vacation…

We loved Emilia's place. We (two families of 3) visited in the winter, skied at Camelback and had an altogether great time. The house was very clean and has two large common areas to hang out in as well as a large property right on the lake.

So perfect! My family and I had an amazing time here. The place is beautiful with a balance of rustic and modern. Will definitely book again ❤️

We had a great time. Beautiful property and perfect location. We traveled into Jim Thorpe (about 10 min drive) for the Fall Foliage Festival and dinner Friday night.

My stay was wonderful everything was described. The home was clean/well maintained and had just about everything needed. The location was also great and safe. Would definitely recommend.

It was a great stay and we enjoyed kayak and paddle boat riding. We didn’t go anywhere and spent entire weekend at home and kids loved it. Kitchen is small and frying pans are old, but other than that no complaints. Rooms are well decorated and beds were comfortable. Nora communicated and solved problem right away.

Such a great time! The place was spotless and very peaceful! The hot tub was our favorite part and the sun room was great for friends together to hang out. Overall, very much recommend and would happily go again!

Wonderful spot for families and for pets! Kids loved the game room with hot tube and comfy sofas to watch movies. Plenty of space! 4 bedrooms with queen size or full beds and another with a bunk bed with trundle pull out. Close to the main lake with beach and playgrounds for the kids! Private and locally patrolled for extra sense of safety. Will definitely be back!

The house and amenities were just perfect! I enjoyed sitting on the lake view porch just taking in the beautiful scenery. The house itself was pristine, very well decorated and so clean! The host was super responsive which I really appreciated! The bed in the main room was super comfortable and made us feel right at home! We loved it! I’d highly recommend staying here!
