This place takes you back in time, in the best possible way. It is an incredible 500 year old building, so it is not without its minor quirks (read: charm), but I think being immersed in the Renaissance is absolutely worth it. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and so close to everything. Took about 20 minutes to walk from SMN train station with a 10 and 11 year old, and backpacks. This place alone makes me want to come back to Firenze. I would book this place again in an instant. Max was also an exceptional host. He was very responsive, which I inadvertently had to put to the test. We were stepping out for the day, and as the door closed and locked behind me, an image of the keys, sitting on the kitchen table, flashed into my mind. Luckily, I had my phone and messaged Max. He was at the door within 10 minutes to let me back in. Truly amazing. Thank you Max!

Appartamento davvero grande per 5 persone in zona molto tranquilla con 2 giardini privati al lati attrezzato di tutto punto con tutto quello che può servire sia in cucina sia in bagno con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Letti e cuscini molto comodi e casa calda al punto giusto. Parcheggio in strada davanti all'appartamento; supermercato a veramente 100 passi a piedi dall'abitazione. Nel complesso esperienza più che positiva la signora Nadia molto gentile e disponibile è stato un piacere trascorrere a Cavriago il Capodanno 2025

We loved our stay with Marco! Everything was clean and as pictured. The house is even better in person than in the pictures. We stayed for one month and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!

Matteo is an excellent host. He met us outside the apartment and helped us find it, then demonstrated each of the keys so we’d know how to get in. He then gave us plenty of recommendations and even a map of nearby attractions and grocery stores. The apartment itself is lovely, truly beautifully decorated and maintained. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Marco è un host attento, accogliente e flessibile. L'alloggio ha tutto ciò che serve per accogliere famiglie o gruppi numerosi. Ottimi i bagni e la facilità di raggiungere il cuore di Firenze sfruttando la stazione a pochi minuti a piedi. Da consigliare.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in visita a Bologna. L’alloggio era pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo, non molto distante dalla fermata del bus. Le istruzioni per il check in chiare e semplici. La casa è grande ed è provvista di moltissime comidità. Consigliatissimo.

Marvellous place! The views are divine, interieur is beautiful. It is more spacious than it looks on the photos. Comfortable bed, handy kitchen. Shower is a little tricky, as the water only flows from a fixed spot overhead - but it can be taken as an adventure. Lapo is very friendly and helpful, he helped us with our suitcases and gave a ride to bus station when we left. To reach the place by foot you have to climb rather a lot, but it is definitely worth it. Bus connection with Firenze is very good, so this place is a suitable base for exploring the city, but Fiesole and its surroundings themselves are worth visiting also.

Fantastic apartment right in the centre of Bologna. Everything is close by and accessible. The accommodation was well equipped and super comfortable. Andrea is a great host, extremely communicative, friendly and responsive. Great option for a very enjoyable stay.

Donatella e Francesco sono stati degli ottimi host, comunicazione eccellente, l alloggio era impeccabile, situato presso un piccolo borgo molto caratteristico e facile da raggiungere, la casa era inoltre molto ben pulita e accogliente!

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had an incredible experience staying at Giovanna’s place during New Year’s! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions but in a peaceful area, allowing us to relax after the festivities. Giovanna was an outstanding host, always responsive and thoughtful. The atmosphere during the New Year’s celebrations was magical. We highly recommend her place and can’t wait to return!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Wir hatten 2 Stunden vorher gebucht und durften ganz spontan rein. Sie hat uns gleich Tipps für die Gegend gegeben und und freundlich empfangen.

Casetta vicino al centro e al mare con un bel parcheggio comodo adiacente all'abitazione, attrezzata, confortevole e pulita. Francesca è stata sempre veloce e disponibile nella comunicazione, ci ha fornito anche consigli utili. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!!!

Absolutely gorgeous property, modern amenities and ample space for a group of people. Matteo was great at communicating and helped us greatly with check-in. The walk to Florence’s town center is a bit long but easily done, great access to stores and food. The only small note is one bedroom faces a busier road and the noise may disturb light sleepers. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is great and very well organised with all the necessary amenities , distance to Pietrasanta and to the beach covered on a daily basis by bicycles maybe not for all but not an issue for us , house is cool especially during very hot summer days and thanks to the fans present in each bedroom , I did read about the close trains passing by once again it could be an issue but personally they did not bother us , out all day and tired enough to sleep at night time , once again thank you for the great holiday home

Great check in where Frederico explained everything about the apartment, which was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and then kitchen was well equipped. Great location for walking to all the tourist attractions.

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!

I felt so at home in Barbara's cozy apartment. The kitchen was well-supplied, with everything I needed to prepare meals. She also had eggs, yogurts, water, coffee, cream, and more food to start my mornings. Barbara recommended some of the best local restaurants. I came to Italy to write. Her office was a writer's dream, adorned with motivational quotes and bathed in natural light with a breathtaking view of the mountains. However, the biggest unexpected bonus was Barbara's mom. She warmly greeted me at the train station, effortlessly helping me with my luggage to the third floor. Once inside, she graciously walked me through everything I needed to know during my stay. A few days later, she returned to show me how to operate the washing machine. Then, on my last day, she kindly returned to take me to the airport, my luggage. All made my departure seamless and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Barbara's home without hesitation to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming retreat.

Carla & her husband were lovely and very helpful with our stay. They were kind enough to let us leave our luggage for 2 hours between check out and our next train departure! The apartment was clean and well equipped. We hung our laundry out to dry on the clothesline. Enjoyed the little patio table at night. Local restaurant suggestions were perfect! Food was delicious ⭐️ La Spezia is a great spot! Location of apartment perfect!- 3 min Walk from train station, across from main piazza, easy walk to restaurants, cafes, grocery and anything you need.

Host molto reattiva ci ha aiutato in tutto e per tutto anche con il ritardo dovuto al traffico. posizione tattica per raggiungere il centro con il tram in 10 minuti. Appartamento come da foto. Zona ben servita. Consigliato.
