Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Luca war gesundheitlich ausgefallen, wir wurden daher sehr freundlich von seiner Familie empfangen. Bei Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar und seine Familie ansprechbar.

Ottima esperienza! Alloggio in pieno centro e comodissimo per raggiungere la stazione centrale. Appartemento pulito e moderno, ci siamo trovati estremamente bene!

Our family had a wonderful stay - the location is amazing - very close to the train station, restaurants and right on the beach. Communication was very proactive and we appreciated the walk through of the property on arrival. There is definitely a “retro” feel to the apartment, but it didn’t detract from the experience. Overall it was a great home base to explore the area.

Esperienza breve ma molto piacevole. L'appartamento era pulito ed in ordine. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'aria condizionata accesa funzione caldo, cosa che è stata molto gradita. Marco ha fornito indicazioni chiare in merito al check in e informazioni in merito ai locali e negozi vicino all'appartamento. Assolutamente da provare!

Very nice apartment. Very clean and has everything needed for a confortable stay. Would recommend it to friends and family. Also, the location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere.

Mr. Aldo welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. He explained everything clearly, from using the kitchen to opening the balcony door, ensuring a smooth stay. What stood out was his thoughtful hospitality. He provided water, juice, fresh fruits, bread, jam, butter, and both Italian and American-style coffee, which made us feel truly pampered. The accommodation was cozy and inviting, with Asian-style fans, paintings, and antique plates, making it feel like a local’s home rather than a hotel. Despite my sensitivity to noise, it was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed. Mr. Aldo assured me he would handle any noise issues, which gave me peace of mind. If I visit Bologna again next year, I’d definitely stay here again. The warm hospitality made it feel like I was experiencing the local way of life. Thank you so much, Mr. Aldo, for a relaxing and enjoyable time! 🥰

Appartamento pulito e rifornito di tutto il necessario, areato con doppio balcone. Ottima opzione di soggiorno per visitare Firenze, accessibile facilmente tramite i mezzi pubblici. Buona comunicazione con Florinda e vicini molto cordiali. Soddisfatti a pieno del soggiorno. Consigliato

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Caterina sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles, was man braucht und ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe des Zentrums von Santa. Gleich um die Ecke liegt ein Coop. Caterina ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Kolejny raz miałam przyjemność być w tym miejscu. Dobrze skomunikowana okolica, w pobliżu lokalne bary, kawiarnie i restauracje, blisko sklep spożywczy. Przede wszystkim czysto i super kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo polecam :))

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Soggiornato per una fiera a Rimini, ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione, al centro, zona tranquilla, servizio bus vicino. Appartamento piccolo, ma molto bello, e ideale per le mie esigenze. Pulizia al top, cordialità e disponibilità da parte di Enrico e sua Madre.. Sicuramente tornerei ad alloggiarci.

L’appartamento si trova in up posto tranquillo, un po fuori della movida ma lo stesso vicino al centro. È ben arredato, con l’aria condizionata, la lavatrice e anche la lavastoviglie.

très bon séjour dans un logement agréable. Arrivée sur place, nous avons pu avoir rapidement accès au logement. Propre. Calme. A 8minutes à pied du centre de Rapallo, des restaurants. Supérette à 3 minutes. Samedi ensoleillée, un peu difficile de trouver une place de parking mais on finit par y arriver !

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage der Stadt. Man schaut vom Balkon und vom 2. Schafzimmer aus auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wunderbare Illuminationen machen dieses am Abend zu einem faszinierenden Schauspiel. Carla hat alles sehr gut gemacht und war wie in Italien normal, sehr freundlich. Essen ist bezahlbar aber sehr gut. Auch Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und top Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wer die Ruhe und das Meer sucht, aber auch historische Gebäude und Gegenden zum Wandern ist hier richtig. Wer hier Party machen möchte, bitte woanders.

Wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in der Casa Turchetti waren großartig! Der Ort ist eine Reise wert, um ein paar Tage Entspannung und Ruhe zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top!
