Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön um den Alltagsstress zu entkommen und durchatmen zu können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den Tieren bekommt man in der Unterkunft selbst nichts mit, nur wenn man sich draußen aufhält. Ein ganz besonders tolles Flair!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

abbiamo soggiornato un paio di giorni in questo fantastico appartamento in fattoria. É super vicino al centro di Modena ma anche a centri di interesse come Maranello. Patrizia é stata super gentile, presente e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. L’appartamento é impeccabile inserito in un bellissimo contesto paesaggistico e pieno di animali. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Super consigliato!

È stata un’esperienza bellissima, in cima a una collina Toscana in uno stabile accogliente e completamente silezioso. Gli host sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, gli spazi puliti e come descritti. L’accoglienza con prodotti della casa è stata molto calorosa e i consigli su cosae dove mangiare molto apprezzati. Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

A fantastic place to relax and unwind. The garden, views, and the property itself were wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer. Roberta was an excellent host.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

nous sommes ravis de notre séjour découverte de la Toscane. la maison est très belle et très bien située par rapport aux sites importants à découvrir : Pise, Florence, Pistoia, Vinci et même la mer ! tout petit bémol : l'absence de climatisation pour les journées et nuits très chaudes, mais avec les ventilateurs dans chambres on s'en sort. nous vous recommandons vivement cette maison !

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad met ons zoontje van 10 maanden. Alles wat we maar nodig hadden was aanwezig in het appartement. Verder was het uitzicht super mooi, je zit op een hele rustige plek. Christina en haar familie woont er ook, maar je hebt genoeg privacy! Weg ernaar toe onverhard de laatste 200 meter, wat vooral een uitdaging is voor je auto maar dit ging ook prima. Hele fijne rustige plek om cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. Te bezoeken! Top vakantie gehad! Communicatie met Christina heel goed, ze antwoordt binnen korte tijd en helpt je bij vragen.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

Tommaso and the family were AMAZING hosts! We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and had loved it so much we ended up staying an extra night. The views are unmatched (we recommend walking around the farm right before sunset). The drive to Florence is fast -- popping in and out of the city was easy. We will definitely be coming back!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

abbiamo passato il capodanno in compagnia e ci siamo divertiti molto. la casa è bellissima e rispecchia tutte le informazioni. Elizabeth è molto gentile e proattiva per qualunque richiesta o problema. assolutamente consigliato!

Wir waren 7 Tage in Pescia auf der Anlage von La Cupola Agriturismo und haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht und Ruhe sind genau was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchen. Die Nähe zu Nachbar*innen erlaubt es aber auch neue Freundschaften zu knüpfen.

Super schöne Unterkunft, mitten im Grünen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in war flexibel und Stefan war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir haben eine Woche in Stefanias Unterkunft verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Stefania verlief problemlos, sie antwortete immer sehr schnell, gab uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge in der Nähe und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Häuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und man konnte die bekannten Städte Florenz, Pisa und Lucca schnell von dort aus mit dem Auto erreichen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit verschiedenen Küchenutensilien nur leider gehören gängige Sachen wie Toilettenpapier und Waschmittel nicht dazu. Wer im Winter dort hinreist, sollte auch wissen, dass die Heizkosten sehr teuer sind. Insgesamt sind wir aber sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.

The farm is remote. But the nearby bus line 319A to Florence is very reliable (not running in the evening, however). Payment is easy using credit card onboard. We came a big family and found the large Italian style kitchen great for home-cooked dinners. Rooms were big and all had separate bathrooms. Our two small children were easy to entertain all day in the garden. Thanks for hosting us - see you again, we hope.

Massimiliano e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Avevamo prenotato la casa per il finesettimana dell'8 dicembre da passare fuori, la casa ci ha fatto passare un bellissimo weekend

Antonella è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e attenta. Il posto è stupendo, tranquillo e silenzioso. Assolutamente consigliato!

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. Photos of the place do not do justice to how beautiful and impecable it is. Also, Karin was very approachable and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We had the most lovely time staying here. Stunning surroundings, so peaceful and tranquil. Very private and perfectly situated between Lucca and Pisa and not too far from Firenze. Giannini kindly waited up late for us to arrive on our flight, giving clear instructions how to get to the property which otherwise could be difficult in the dark. We recommend getting a small car for those narrow lengths of road! The cottage was very rustic charm and a delight and the perfect location to return to after a long day exploring Italy. We very much recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
