La casa era estremamente pulita, graziosa e accogliente, come lo era anche lo spazio verde all’esterno. I padroni di casa ci hanno accolto fin da subito come fossimo a casa nostra, rendendosi disponibili per qualsiasi necessità ma,soprattutto, trattandoci come membri della loro famiglia. Essere accolti sempre con sorriso e gentilezza non è paragonabile nemmeno ai miglior hotel di lusso quindi ringrazio molto per aver vissuto quest’esperienza e consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare la zona ( bellissima) di fare altrettanto!!

Beautiful apartment in great location. Usually this time of the year Italian apartments start to be cold but this was nice and warm! Some noices coming from the street but nothing bothered us. Host was fexible and nice. Would definitely return!

We couldn’t have found a better base for the Ligurian coast. SML was the perfect base to Portofino, Camogli & Cinque Terre. And the views from the bnb cannot be beat. This was everything we wished for, lots of spece, ac, elevator, walkable, amazing views, near the train. We didn’t meet Patrizia but her daughter Eleonora was very responsive and such a delight! Her list of recommendations were excellent. We hope someday to come back. Thank you so much Eleonora for sharing your childhood home to us!!

Giovanni ran a smooth operation. He was accommodating and very attentive to our experience. Apartment was clean and exactly as described. Easy to communicate through google translate or a similar voice transcription app

we were warmly welcomed by illarias mum on arrival. Great space and had all amenities we needed. Fantastic location inside the city walls with great restaurants and bars close by

Nice place to stay on the top of a mountain. Driving for us was a bit difficult because of winding narrow roads but the surroundings are beautiful. We even saw wild pigs roaming around the roads!

Alloggio pulito e ordinato, la colazione fornita era ottima con le marmellate fatte in casa. Host gentilissimo e disponibile. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Had an amazing stay with friends for a 30th birthday weekend away. The house was perfect, communication with the hosts was easy and they were so helpful. Great value for money, would recommend.

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad met ons zoontje van 10 maanden. Alles wat we maar nodig hadden was aanwezig in het appartement. Verder was het uitzicht super mooi, je zit op een hele rustige plek. Christina en haar familie woont er ook, maar je hebt genoeg privacy! Weg ernaar toe onverhard de laatste 200 meter, wat vooral een uitdaging is voor je auto maar dit ging ook prima. Hele fijne rustige plek om cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. Te bezoeken! Top vakantie gehad! Communicatie met Christina heel goed, ze antwoordt binnen korte tijd en helpt je bij vragen.

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

We are very happy to stay again. the hosts were lovely, beds comfortable, excellent temperature control, and every amenity thoughtfully provided in generous quantity. An excellent value for money

Un luogo incantevole in cui poter alloggiare. Fin dall ingresso si può cogliere la cura e i dettagli, finissimi, della signora che ha arredato con gusto la casa. La signora è stata molto cortese e disponibile. La casa è dotata tutti i comfort. Le immagini sono bellissime ma dal vivo non ci sono paragoni. Spero di tornare.

A great small rooftop apartment in the walls of Lucca. Great location, nice locals style cafe next door and walkable to all the other restaurants and cafes and shops in Lucca. Great view from the rooftop and areas to sit and enjoy the weather, great thing about being on the tip floor is the view and it makes the many stairs to the top worth it. Limited paid Street parking in the street next to the apartment 3 euros per hour. (we had no problem finding a space but it was off season) or larger parking areas outside the walls with day rates of around 10 euros per day or parking lots around 10 mins walk. Apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen but is compact. Perfect for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind being cosy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy all Lucca has to offer

Abbiamo soggiornato solamente 2 notti in occasione del Lucca Comics 2024. Posizione più che ottima. Nella casetta di Silvia si trova veramente tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, dalla cucina, alle camere e al bagno. Silvia un'ottima host, disponibile e gentilissima.

Posto magnifico, non vedo l’ora di tornarci nuovamente

Il nostro soggiorno a Bologna nella splendida dimora di Leonardo è stato meraviglioso. Abbiamo respirato fin da subito la bellezza e la storia di Bologna. Leonardo è stato sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La posizione è ottima vicina ad ogni punto di interesse e servita da osterie e negozi.

Marcella was a great host. Great communication. She was very proactive and also very responsive. When I had a problem (of my own making) she helped me right away. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The location is great. It's easy to walk to the center within about ten minutes. There are lots of good restaurants and a convenient supermercato (Coop) nearby. You are also very close (a minute walk) to the bus. I would stay there again.

Massimiliano e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Avevamo prenotato la casa per il finesettimana dell'8 dicembre da passare fuori, la casa ci ha fatto passare un bellissimo weekend

The apartment is in a great location. There are a lot of restaurant options and a grocery store just downstairs. The elevator was convenient to carry up luggage. Checking in and out was really easy. Very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive and provided a great service. Would definitely visit again.

Piękny dom w wspaniałej wiejskiej okolicy. Mieszkanie nowoczesne i bardzo duże, do tego czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Zdecydowanie warte polecenia.

we absolutely loved it! we did not do too much research on Monica's Airbnb as we booked it a few days before our wedding as a little mini honeymoon and didn't have a lot of time.Thus it almost took us by surprise, how beautiful it is. We can recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful & relaxing get away and or anyone that wants to hike, mountain bike, do Canyoning and other such sports. The apartment is so cute, cozy and although the amenities are modern it has this romantic cabin vibe. The view is exceptional at any daytime and in any weather. Great place with everything you need in a beautiful town with access to many beautiful mountains and hikes.

Great place good location but the bathroom has a smell from the unit above when the toilet is flushed the other than that it was cool. Does get a bit muggy
