Staying in this apartment was an absolute delight! Located in the heart of Moda, it’s surrounded by an incredible selection of cafes, restaurants, and bars, making it the perfect spot to experience the vibrant energy of the neighborhood. Mornings were especially wonderful, with refreshing walks along Moda Sahili, where the sea breeze and scenic views created a peaceful start to the day. The convenience of being within walking distance to Rıhtım made exploring Istanbul effortless—just a short ferry ride away from the European side. On top of the fantastic location, Barış was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Le logement proposé par Ahmet est juste excellent pour. J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans Airbnb dans la même résidence. Mais cet appartement est l’un des meilleur en terme de prix et de propreté. L’emplacement et la qualité de la résidence est incontournable. Il s’agit de l’une des meilleures résidence à Istanbul. Je remercie Ahmet pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Il a su répondre à nos besoins. Je reviendrais sans hésiter. Et je le recommanderais à mes amis.

Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendisine de teşekkür ederim.

Enes war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, die Ausstattung war kein Luxus aber völlig in Ordnung, top Lage, schöner kleiner Vorgarten und Garten zum Spielen für Kinder, kostenlose Versorgung mit Trinkwasser ( 20l Behälter), im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal

Emre was incredibly kind. We had several things that meant we needed to try to change our booking by a few days. He was very good at navigating this and responded to messages quickly and with a real sense of calm! Nothing was a problem and this was greatly appreciated. Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

The apartment was incredibly cozy and perfect for a comfortable stay. From the very beginning, the host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming — assisting us with check-in and any questions we had, and always available 24/7. One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended to everyone!

Ich kann das Apartment empfehlen. Sauber und ruhig gelegen, schnell am Metro. Ein kleines Minus sind das wenige Geschirr und nur ein Kaffeebecher. Ich hätte mich auch über Duschgel gefreut. Gerne wieder.

استاذ حسام جدا خلوق ومحترم يكفي مبادرته من نفسه لخدمتك ، غير ذلك يقوم بمساندتك باي خدمه تحتاجها ونعم الرجل. ايجابيات السكن : ١- مرتب ونظيف ويتوفر في السكن جميع المتطلبات من مفارش ومناشف . ٢- اطلالة السكن جدا جميله تستحق ١٠ نجوم . ٣- ممتاز للعوائل لان المنطقة كلها خدمات . ٤ - يوجد مواقف للسيارات مجانيه في نفس المبنى هذا جدا مريح في اسطنبول. ٥- اي خليجي يشووف تعليقي يستاجر وهو مغمض عينه لان جميع الأساسيات موجودة . ٦- اعطاني الأستاذ حسام وقت تسجيل الخروج ساعات إضافية بدون مادفع شيء شاكر ومقدر له 🙏🏻

Melissa’s place was amazing. I’ve received clear instructions on how to go around the area as well as in the building itself. Proximity of the shops and restaurants, security, garage and location of the apartment made my stay an unforgettable experience. Host made sure I understood everything and even did a follow up question after some time if everything is okay. Definitely a 10/10 experience! Would recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was very nice, clean and modern. It had everything we needed apart from the bed situation. We booked for 4 adults guests but only had 1 double bed and a sofa bed for 1. A cheap blow up camp bed was provided so we had to make do for our 4 day stay. It's in a new high rise block so building working is still going ahead. Not much to do so we had to get a taxi into Kadikoy as the buses were very full at the times we tried them. The apartment was great as it had lots of the finer things - dishwasher, washing machine, great hairdryer and a big fridge/freezer. There was a pizza takeaway on the site and a coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay with our granddaughter and her friend.
