Stayed only for one night. They have clean room and beautiful surrounding. Its easy to checkin and check out. Host has clear instruction and responsive.

Fantastic place to stay. The chalet was very clean and well kept. Everything worked well, the bbq was spotless and the few times I chatted to the staff they were all very down to earth and friendly. Would happily book there again.

We had a great stay here with our dogs. The house is very clean and has all the facilities that you need on a relaxed holiday. The back veranda is spacious and is a good, sheltered place to enjoy the views of the natural environment and wildlife. It is close to the Prawn Rock Channel which you can walk to very easily from the house, and to other beaches such as Ocean Beach and Lights Beach which are just a short car journey.

We had a lovely weekend stay at the property. The villa is very clean, and kitchen is well stocked (cooking oil, cling wrap, coffee, all the kitchen utensils you would need) and beautifully styled. A big smart tv was an extra bonus. It was 10 min drive to centre of Albany and around the corner from a golf club we got dinner from on Friday. A very short walk to Middleton beach. I would definitely recommend the property and visit again.

A great villa just a minute's walk to a lovely beach. The holiday home was really comfortable, lovely and clean and well equipped. It was a great size for our family of 5 and in a perfect spot by the beach and a lovely coastal walk.

A beautiful villa unit next to the ⛳️, beaches ,bike& pedestrian shared path. Clean, neat, well organised. Definitely a great holiday accommodation

The place is clean and as it looks like on the images. There is a big fridge, nice outdoor area and plenty of space in the kitchen. It wasn't communicated until after the booking that you can't use the garage, plus they rent out a golf cart from their garage so if you have two cars one needs to go on the road, where there isn't a lot of space. As others have stated, the white fabric couch is a brave choice for an Airbnb so you just have to be super careful of not getting anything on it. The code entry for the door is very helpful so you don't have to worry about keys when coming and going. It's about a 100m walk to a beach that's great for swimming.
