Sebastian’s place far exceeded our expectations! What a gorgeous, peaceful space to relax in with incredible views. Great location, central to Malibu and easy to access a multitude of beaches. We watched dolphins pass by the last morning of our trip. I didn’t know the PCH was closed when we booked, so we drove in via Malibu Canyon from LA. It took a bit longer than anticipated but not bad at all. The people in Malibu were absolutely amazing and I am hoping this wonderful community gets back on its feet soon. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

We stayed at Franks place for 5 days while my husband recuperated from surgery. We loved the quiet/peaceful garden space and the ability to pop over to the beach or park easily. Great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed made our stay very enjoyable. The neighborhood has just about everything you might need in walking distance and it feels away from the hustle and bustle of LA but close enough when needed.

“Bright & Charming Beach House Steps from Ocean“ is a huge understatement. Everything is not only as described - it’s better! The house itself is incredible and very comfortable, and all amenities are covered down to the smallest details. Beautiful artwork, high end appliances and everything you need to prepare family meals is clean and well-organized. Beach access is excellent, along with a parking spot down the steps, and the house manual is clear – one of the best house manuals I have seen! Jeanne was also super quick to personally respond on the one small issue we had. I would not hesitate for a second to book again with Jeanne in Santa Monica!

The problem was how to visit family in LA without hating the traffic. The solution was to rent this beautiful spacious 3-story 3-bedroom house, 10 minutes from LAX & less than a block from the beach, and invite family to visit us. Well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook; Door Dash for every imaginable ethnic takeout. The beds were very comfortable — living room couch & chairs less so. Bathrooms had lots of towels and TP but no kleenex. The roof deck has a great view of the ocean and was a quiet private place to hang out during the day. We definitely want to stay here again. A special note for older visitors: There are a lot of stairs — and you will want to visit all 3 stories. Also the knobs on the kitchen cabinets are too small to grab with your whole hand ; they require a good pincer grip.

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Great stay! Zack was a tremendous help. Nobu was less than 5 minute walk. We will definitely stay there again.
