I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming property, and it exceeded all my expectations. The space was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts of home. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet conveniently located near local attractions and dining options. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area!

Place was wonderful, Hosts upstairs in separate house were quickly responsive to needs. private with outside sitting area, nice for watching baby deer. Close to town , restaurants, walking paths, lake, Hospital, Cornwell. Lots of waterfalls and hiking nearby.

Clean and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood with many amenities. Way more affordable than any hotel. Host quickly replied with any questions.

The Airbnb was exactly, if not, more than expected. Nice and warm (visited late January). Clear instructions on everything and provided so many extras to make it feel like home, like: games, coffee, breakfast bars and water bottles along with a pack and play for our 4 month old. We will most definitely be staying here again! Also, great communication!

Robert was an excellent host. He was friendly, kind, and responsive during our stay. He not only exchanged our towels but also offered us to use his washer and dryer. His rental unit is private access with free car park. Robert place makes us feel at home as all the amenities were provided for. The beds were clean and comfortable. Our family had a very happy with our stay.

Bruce was a wonderful host! He was very responsive from booking till departure, and made several wonderful recommendations for trails/parks/falls we would enjoy hiking. He went above & beyond, calling ahead to check trail availability as they close seasonally! He updated us on anticipated weather conditions prior to us traveling. He greeted us upon arrival, and had clear instructions available in the apartment that made our stay even better. His property /neighborhood are beautiful and peaceful. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. He thoughtfully provided coffee for brewing & a fresh carton of creamer for us! We were able to explore the area, and also enjoyed spending time in Bruce’s space with our family. We weren’t able to take him up on his offer to host a fire pit in the evenings, but we did get to enjoy some lovely conversations with our host. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and are looking forward to seeing Bruce again on future trips.

Ruthann's apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the design and the high-end finishes. It was cozy and warm inside even though the temps outside hovered around 15 degrees. Ruthann is friendly and helpful!

Great landlords & even better people! They're extremely responsive & quick to take care of any issues. They're also very considerate & even shoveled snowy sidewalks/in front of my car etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Terrific spot. Crystal and Jennifer were very responsive and helpful. We checked in late at night and asked for the sofa bed to be ready and they were very accommodating to our request which was much appreciated. The coffee cake is a very special bonus. Loved it! Thanks!

The hills of Endicott and Little Italy are among the best kept secrets of upstate NY’s Southern Tier, and this beautiful, well-appointed, pristine apartment is located on a quiet street in the heart of it. Anthony and Natalia are exceptional hosts! They reached out to me in advance of arrival and during my stay to answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend them and their lovely apartment. I would definitely stay again!

Zach and Johanna were great hosts and very accommodating. The house is lovely and well furnished. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Kelly’s place is amazing! It’s got plenty of space! The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The place was very clean when we arrived and looked just like the photos. If I have to get an Airbnb again in this area, I will definitely try to stay at Kelly’s!

This was so conveniently located for me! My family live right down the street and we were celebrating my dad’s birthday so I wanted to let others take the other bedrooms at the parents house (and didn’t mind the alone time!) it was perfectly what I needed and had a fantastic lake and east-hill view from the front doors/windows. Wonderful stay. Responsive and friendly host. Would stay again.

This was such an adorable little hideaway and perfect for our weekend in Ithaca. Cathy is a lovely host and even gave us some homemade muffins that were delicious! The hideaway is well-kept, has a nice view, comfortable furniture, and a great host. There isn’t much more to ask for! Thank you Cathy!

You won't regret booking The Nest. Very comfortable and spacious. Absolutely the best stocked kitchen I have encountered at an Airbnb. Close to Ithaca, NY. I went to the Finger Lakes area to immerse myself in Fall colors. I was not disappointed. Diane was always quick to respond to my questions. We had a great time!

The home is on peaceful location at the lake and in a country setting where we often saw deer and turkey. The home had all the amenities that we needed. Michelle was an A1 host. She responded quickly to my text. At times we would be outside at the same time. and chat. I consider Michelle a friend and highly recommend her airbnb!
