Fantastic location and accommodation was ideal for 5 couples.

We had a fab stay at The Barn. We’ve previously struggled with places being dog friendly / dog appropriate but the Barn the a dream. A true secure fenced garden with more than enough space. We used the hot tub both evenings and had no issues. Fluer greeted us on arrival and showed us how to use it with ease. We went to beaches in the day and had M&S dine in on the evening, there are so many shops near by you can easily self cater your trip. We’ll be back to explore more of the area for sure :)

Lots to do here. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. Very quiet. Car parking a bonus. Would come back. We stay in a lot of air b b and would recommend.

Mark and Rachel were great hosts. Their place was spotless and really well equipped for the whole family. Beds were really comfortable with lovely soft and fresh linen. We’d love to stay again, thanks for a great weekend.

We had a fantastic stay for a girls weekend away . Watching the stars in the hot tub was amazing. Our hosts were so friendly and location is soo peaceful. I’m looking forward to coming back with the family . My kids are going to love the games rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was really cosy and comfortable, easy to feel at home. Really well located for Sandwich but also for exploring the nearby bits of Kent, particularly Deal. Ally was really communicative and helpful and provided a load of recommendations. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. Really appreciated the Christmas touches. Good attention for detail in the place and well finished. Kitchen was well equipped and very comfortable bed. Would really recommend staying here.

Pretty,clean cottage which was central for our needs. All 3 rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was excellent for bars, restaurants, shops and coastal walks. Whitstable has lots to offer for a short break and longer. Important to note stairs are very steep to bedrooms on middle floor and parking was a bit difficult ultimately but we were able to unload and then park in other roads but there is also a car park at the end of the road (payable).

Very clean and welcoming, bed and sofa was very comfortable.

We had a lovely few days at the apartment. Pam was so lovely. Apartment very clean, lots of information on walks. Welcome pack with wine and treats for our dogs very much appreciated. Great location for walks with the dogs. Wound very much recommend staying here. Will defiantly be back! Thank you Pam.

The place was perfectly located for our needs. It has plenty of amenities and good restaurants close by. You can be on the sea front in 2 minutes. The flat in itself is very neat and comfy. The host is lovely and avenant.

It was a great place in a great location. We stayed a week, so having a kitchen with some of the basics (salt/pepper/sugar) was a huge plus. It is on a walking street, so from the sitting room/living room you can hear people outside and know you are staying in a fun vibrant neighborhood, but the bedroom is on the other side of the building and was very quiet, so definitely a win-win. We were there in January, so didn’t use the roof deck, but the light from the skylight door outside was a welcome benefit and I’d love to go back in the warmer months and enjoy time outside!! We were 2 people, so the space for a week was fine, but if you did have 4 staying, I would think a weekend would be the max you could do. Hosts were helpful and responsive when we had a question. You’ll likely do so much walking in London that it won’t be a big deal, just know it is a 3rd floor walk-up.

We would highly recommend Jim's place, it's warm with cozy comfy beds and had everything we wanted. It offers a quiet relaxing staycation with beautiful grounds and stunning scenery. Should you want to get out and explore, the public footpath walks are quite envigorating. We enjoyed a wonderful walk up the Bromyard downs.Jim's place is dog friendly as are some of the pub's and cafes in town. There are plenty of local places to get out to with your furry friend. We visited the Weir Gardens and Hereford city. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for everything Jim

A great little find in every way! Kate was a great host and has a fab place. Home from home feel with everything you need for a comfy stay. The breakfast provisions were the best yet and the kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds with good quality bedding and spotlessly clean throughout. The location worked well for us with walks on your doorstep and a short car journey away. Thanks Kate, hope to make a return trip in the future and I hope your place will be available as I totally get why your guests return.

Great stay here in March. The location is great for walking into town where you can find lots of places to eat and bus service down to Salcombe. The apartment is roomy, well thought out and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area especially in the summer to make use of the lovely patio area in the sunshine!

The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The value for money is exceptional!

Nos alojamos 8 noches para pasar Navidad y Año Nuevo en Londres, y todo estuvo perfecto. El piso esta bien ubicado, con buenas conexiones con autobuses, DLR y Overground. La vista de noche es muy bonita, ya que se ven (parcialmente) el Tower Bridge, The Shard, London Eye, Gherkin... nos encanto. No tuvimos que contactar con K mas que para coordinar la llegada y la salida, lo que es un buen indicio de que todo estuvo en orden. Si volvemos a Londres, intentaremos hacerlo a esta propiedad, ya que la relación calidad-precio fue excelente.

We found Malcolm and Delia’s place easily. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc was most welcome. The flat was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space in the bedroom to keep our luggage. Malcolm suggested a few places for us to visit which we did and we had an enjoyable stay.

A great stay in St Leonard’s with gorgeous sea views and superb local sights, supported by a very knowledgeable and kind host in Debi.

We had a fantastic time and it really made our holiday. The room was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Sharon was very helpful with all the details, making it easy to check in/out. Hopefully we’ll be back again soon in the future 😃

I stayed here for training at the nearby airfield, less than 5 minutes away by car. The place was as described and ideal for a few days. Jill meet me upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful, and whilst I didn't see her again throughout my stay she left contact details and I wouldn't have hesitated to get in touch if I needed anything. The only disappointment was that I never got to meet her dog.

Excellent stay at The Heim Residences! Theresa and Kevin communicated very well with us and were so responsive. Having booked another place which was cancelled at the last moment, we feel very fortunate that the Chicago was available for myself and my friends to stay in at short notice. The location of the property was superb, very central and no more than 15 min walk away from anything we needed. The amenities provided were as described and exactly what we needed and the images of the property are representative of what it was like inside. We had a great stay, would definitely recommend and would look to come again when next up in Manchester!

If we could give a six star rating for Nathalie we would! The care and attention she has put into the cottage is truly exceptional. From the well stocked pantry and homemade items, to the games and outdoor facilities. Everything was perfect and Nathalie has thought of everything. We would highly recommend this property.

Ben is a great host and extremely quick to reply to your messages and the apartment is absolutely superb definitely one of the top Airbnbs we have stayed in the neighbourhood is extremely quiet and everyone seems so friendly the apartment has everything you want and need it was easy to find and in a brilliant place to explore the whole city the apartment is warm homely and extremely clean and tidy perfect for our country c2c show which was 5mins away I hope other people who read this will try it you definitely won't be disappointed many thanks for your hosting and getting back to us so quickly all the best for your future bookings Ben Bill and Claire Lewis
