Booked a last minute weekend break with my two teenage daughters for 50th Birthday to visit beaches and towns frequented in childhood summer holidays. The apartment was perfect in all aspects, booking, check-in, cleanliness, amenities, location the works. Dawn was an amazing host, always kept us informed and was always at hand, pre-check in, during stay and pre-check out. Can't fault either Dawn or the Accommodation...made my 50th that bit more special 👌🏻

I had a wonderful weekend in Margate! The apartment had an absolutely stunning view, and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing stay. Everything you could need was right on the doorstep, making it super convenient. The host was incredibly kind and even allowed for a late check-out, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a great location! Thank you!

As advertised the apartment was indeed homely, We cerainly fell lucky booking this place, The location was perfect, with sea views from every window, it was light, well equipped, in immaculately condition and spotless clean, infact the photos undersold it, the rooms were bigger than the photos looked. Although it has on street parking we never had any problem finding a parking space right out side the building. The apartment is just a stones throw from Weston's Marine lake and only a few minutes walk along the sea front to the town centre with plenty of good restaurants along the way.

We went to see Antony Gormley’s Another Place Lynne’s place is less than 5 minutes from the beach where the statues are. Perfect location for us and we were blessed with great weather

We had a wonderful nights stay at this apartment. Lou was always very responsive and helpful before our stay making our booking and check in process very easy and stress free. The apartment has the most fantastic views of the sea and we enjoyed watching the surfers. The balcony was private and dry (even in the rain!). Some fixtures and furnishings are a bit tired (as mentioned in previous reviews) but these did not detract from the location and we would definitely stay again!

The apartment was fabulous. Clean and well appointed, superbly located for local restaurants, cafes and shops. The sea views are second to none and the walks along the promenade to the De La Warr Pavillion were lovely. We will definitely be returning the this amazing property.

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. Had a great stay at Stephens celebrating my birthday with family at my favourite place. The house was in a great location close to the beach and the town. Everything was spotless and the house was so welcoming. The washer and dryer came in handy with two kids especially after daily trips to the beach! Great communication from Stephen and somewhere we'd definitely come back to. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The Coach House is amazing. The accommodation matches the view, which is stunning. Everything you could need with a very generous welcome pack. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Booked this beautiful property last minute for our Christmas break and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location is absolutely perfect, literally steps from the beach with stunning sea views that take your breath away. Tom and Stacey were fantastic hosts, responding quickly to all our queries and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped, and ideal for families, with everything you could need for a home-away-from-home experience. The only minor issue was the slow Wi-Fi connection, which might be worth noting if you need reliable internet access. Despite this small drawback, we would highly recommend this property, particularly for families looking for a coastal getaway. The combination of great location, beautiful accommodation, and attentive hosts made for a wonderful Christmas break.

Amazing stay in Selsey! The beachside view was breathtaking, and the modern design made it so relaxing. As a group of couples, we settled in the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and stylish, creative vibe made it feel just like home. The games on the shelves and well-equipped kitchen with quality cutlery were great essentials for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone!

A clean, beautiful house in a quiet street. A perfect location very close to the railway station, seafront, pier,swimming pool, town centre, pubs and a large Lidl and Marks and Spencers food hall. Walton has a very friendly, village atmosphere and lots of lovely places to go for a walk and picnic. Lots of places to eat or to stop for coffee and cake. The house is very well equipped and has very modern decor. The back yard has plenty of seating and is completely enclosed with a wall. I would highly recommend it, especially for families. I will definitely book again the next time I want to stay in Walton.

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

La nostra esperienza nell’Airbnb di Mark è stata semplicemente perfetta! La casa era accogliente, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Had a lovely stay in Debbie’s beachfront condo! The condo was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was also very nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Excellent accommodation, perfect location with lovely views. Easy to park car in secure location and walk everywhere we needed.

I LOVE this place, so unique and such a unexpected view out to sea. Decorated to a high standard with every thing you could possibly need. Lovely art on the walls too. Definitely come back again

The apartment is everything as described. It is in a fantastic location, bright and beautifully decorated. I had a wonderful 7 weeks there. I didn’t meet Simon but when I encountered slight problems with tap, Ben came to my rescue and was extremely efficient and quick to respond. I strongly recommend this apartment, like me, you’ll only want to come back.
