Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you again for such an amazing stay.

Such an amazing little get away for mine and my boyfriend’s anniversary! Was so calm and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed here for a weekend away with my partner and loved every second. The cabin was spotlessly clean and just as described with all of the amenities. As the photos show, it is surrounded by nature and has no overlooking properties so you can really enjoy the views. The host was super friendly and reached out with useful information about the place and things to do in the nearby area which was super helpful. The location of the cabin is perfect as there was so many things to do and places to see only a short drive from the cabin. We were spoilt for choice. We especially loved the hot tub which was very relaxing in the evening as you could look out over the fields and at all of the local wildlife. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Such a lovely stay at the Cabin - booked really last minute and it was a perfect stay. The cabin is very cosy and comfortable, loads of little extras that I really wasn’t expecting like eggs in the fridge, biscuits, chocolate! Frankie and Jonathan kindly lit the hot tub ready for my arrival and did this the next day too (great because I’m not great at getting a fire lit!). It was lovely relaxing with the fairy lights of an evening. Walks immediately from the cabin were really great too. Frankie and Jonathan were so kind, really responsive to messages and really friendly for a quick chat. I would really love to return to the cabin again some time!

We’ve just spent an amazing 2 nights here with our 8 year old daughter and we can’t wait to return . It was soo peaceful and relaxing, the accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved the honesty shop and enjoyed delicious fresh eggs for breakfast, the children’s park was a lovely little addition. The hot tub was pristine and the perfect temperature. We didn’t need to contact the host during our stay as everything was perfect from check in to check out. The bed was soo comfortable and we all had the best nights sleep. 100% would recommend a stay here you will not be disappointed Thank you

We had a lovely weekend at The Drey. The cabin is so cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at night and watching the stars. Richard was so friendly and helpful on the lead up to the stay. I would definitely recommend and I hope to be back. Thank you :)

Really enjoyed our stay, The lodge was clean, cosy and in a very private location. Ceri's communication was second to none, Everything was as described, Hot tub and views were unreal, Just a very private place to relax and unwind. Thanks for having us, we will definitely be back :)

Had an amazing stay at Sharon and Daves log cabin, a lovely quiet break away. The hot tub is amazing and spent few hours in it watching the stars. The scones are fantastic. the bed was so comfy think I had best sleep I've had for ages. can't wait to book again with a bit of planning for the best time to catch the moom.

Such a friendly family nothing too much trouble, amazing cabin looked after and cared for with all little touches, loved the outsde view, loved her dogs and horses , got to be one of the best self catering I have stayed in thank you xxx

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view from the cabin was amazing and the cabins have been so beautifully designed. Great spacious decking area to relax on and we loved the seating areas. The town is easy to get to too. Cabin was so comfy and clean. The hosts where very quick at messaging back throughout and we felt like we was in such a comfortable and private environment. Probably the best U.K. stay we’ve had to date and we’ve stayed at quite lot of different places now. Would 100% recommend!

Three letters….. WOW…… Samantha & euan were the most pleasant hosts and very helpful. The grounds itself was very idyllic…we took our dog so there was plenty space for him to run around and we enjoyed lovely walks around the place. The view was incredible, waking up every morning with the lake right infront of you was just amazing. There was swans & geese on the grounds too which was a delight to watch each day. The lodge itself was very clean and beautiful inside, everything was at high spec and you could see the personal touches in each room. I loved all the pictures, they represented the grounds which I thought was lovely. We had a beautiful fire to enjoy at night and we also managed to heat the Swedish bath tub with no trouble. I’ve always been to places with hot tubs but now I’m converted. The water was fresh and straight from the tap (no chemicals needed) and the water stayed hot for ages. We enjoyed this at a lot. We will be absolutely be back. Definately worth a visit. 🌼

My partner, Ben, and I just stayed here for his 30th birthday. With our super hectic work lives, this was the perfect getaway for us. The cabin itself was beautiful - I absolutely loved the interior and the way the space was laid out. Everything felt so homely and well put together (I may have stolen a few ideas for our own home renovation haha). The views were second to none, offering beautiful sunrises, sunsets, stargazing and picturesque scenery. Both Ben and I grew up in/traveling to West Wales, yet we still discovered new places and activities, thanks to the recommendation booklet provided. Newport Beach was a highlight for us and we would highly recommend visiting if you stay here. It was a perfect beach for the dogs and we thoroughly enjoyed. Diolch yn fawr, John and Natasha, for a brilliant stay and for our first experience using Airbnb. Everything was seamless from start to finish and we could not recommend highly enough!

Blown away, myself and my little family loved it. Stunning views, so peaceful and hosts so friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was so lovely, gorgeous decor and furniture. The bedding and pillows were so comfy too! So clean and everything was thought about. If you're thinking about booking it, do it. You won't be disappointed 🩷

What can I say about Chris’ s Cabin… the perfect little spot on the prairie, although not the prairie but a lovely private part of her own garden. Tall hedges all around, private parking just outside the gate. Great sized patio area with plenty of garden furniture for those sunnier days. On entering it was just as described, spotless and clean and after the wall heaters had been on a while it was lovely and cosy. Given the outside temperature was around -3 in the wind. March at its best! Lit the log fire and we nearly had to strip down to shorts and t shirts, warms the whole cabin very quickly. Two great comfy sofas and rugs, the kitchenette is ideal for breakfasts and snacks for tea time if you don’t eat out. Comfy bed and hot shower! Being in Haggerston, you’re right in the middle of Berwick, Holy Island, Alnwick. Great Beach’s Chris and her communication was brilliant. Would love to go again, faultless!

We had the most wonderful stay with Amanda. The Cabin is in the most peaceful and private location and was immaculately clean, had everything and more that you would need and many extremely well thought out additional touches. There is a pub within a 10 min walk and Perranporth, St Ives and Falmouth were withing a 30 min drive, so we found the location excellent too for exploring west Cornwall.

Had a great weekend away. Very good service everything was as described in the listing and the cabin was in a beautiful spot next to the lake. Would visit again 💯

It was an absolute treat to stay at the orchard retreat. Very peaceful but close to everything you need/ places to visit. 15 min walk to Saundersfoot and very short drive to Tenby and Pembroke. The place itself is even cosier and lovelier than in the photos. We particularly loved the outdoor bath! Thank you to Richard and Rosanne for being such kind and responsive hosts. Don’t hesitate to book !

The cabin is a little piece of heaven. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, it was like being in another world. The cabin had absolutely everything we needed, the wood burner was amazing, bed super comfy and cosy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt so comfortable and at home here, choosing to spend the afternoons back at the cabin after walking and exploring in the mornings. David was brilliant, friendly and helpful and very laid back about our (uncharacteristically) barky dogs! What an absolute gem this spot is - we will be back!

The place was peaceful and much bigger than we expected. The jacuzzi was the cherry on the cake, and we loved every minute. Even though there was a slight issue with an unexpected security deposit once we checked with AirB&B the hosts didn’t try to ask for it in the end anyway and everyone was friendly and left us to our privacy. We had a fabulous stay at the cabin. It’s so homely,clean and has everything you need and more. Laurence and Annette are perfect hosts and communicated everything really well whether it be info about the cabin or giving advice about the activities on the site. A perfect peaceful setting with beautiful forest walks literally from the garden gate! We would love to return!

Had the absolute best few days at Rachel’s cabin. Having grown up and owned a family cabin on the same site it was amazing to be able to go back and revisit. Rachel’s cabin was even nicer than the one we had, it’s peaceful and private and has everything you could possibly need to relax and unwind and switch off from the world. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family and we will definitely be coming back. Rachel was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful, a total gem! So lovely, we extended our stay! The cabin is the middle sized of the glamping accommodation and is so cozy. The wood fire heats the place quickly and efficiently. Even in the rain it felt so peaceful. The hosts are fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Absolutely gorgeous property hidden away in the woodland. The photos do not do it justice, it is much larger than the photos make and super cosy ! The cabin is a short walk from where you will park 5-10 minutes but the walk is lovely and very easy to find. The host was really helpful and replied very fast to any questions and queries. We will be looking to book again in the next year. The photos do not do the property justice !
