Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

First I want to say I wholly recommend this place to everyone. The house had all the amenities we needed and we were all impressed with the state of the house, instructions on how to get in was simple. The electric charger was just the icing on the cake as I did not have to look for a place to charge my car, this was on my mind for the most of the journey, so it saved me a lot of hassle. I would definitely be coming back soon with my family.

Had a great stay. Good location, easy walk to shops and to town. Comfortable sofa, and beds, great dining table and kitchen. Stayed with another couple of their two small kids - plenty of room for all of us. Would stay again if in area.

Caroline and her husband are excellent hosts - warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. The cottage is absolutely charming, full of oak beams and period features, sympathetically furnished but well equipped, with modern and pristine kitchen and bathroom. The M&S welcome pack of goodies - bread, cheese, butter, milk, chox and Prosecco was very much appreciated. The cottage is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Chawton, within walking distance of the museum, Chawton House, a good pub and cafe. This is our second stay at Bay Tree Cottage and I can highly recommend it

Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay. We loved this apartment. Nicky was a fantastic host. She was communicative, kind and proactive. Everything was perfectly arranged. Beds were super comfortable and the apartment ja extremely quiet and peaceful despite being right on Marylebone High Street. The location is absolutely unbeatable for central London. Booked Quentin and Melissa’s home for a weekend visit to London for the West End (Inside No. 9: Stage/Fright). Only 20 mins on the tube (Kensal Green on the Bakerloo line) and 15 mins walking (in total). Their home was comfortable and spotless, they provided niceties like bread, coffee, butter, milk, muesli (much appreciated). Parking was on street, but the road was pretty quiet. Excellent communications and recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Jon, Nicky, Ali, Izzy and Freya.

This flat is in an excellent location. Short distance to the Norther tube line, many coffee shops and restaurants along the street, large Marks and Spencer within walking distace for groceries. Although the flat is on a high street, it was very quiet at night. We highly recommend this unit would easily return. Adam was super easy to work with and responded to our questions right away.

Très pratique et facile d'accès, à 2 pas du métro Holland Park sans en avoir les inconvénients, ce logement est parfait pour un séjour à Londres réussi. Yvonne nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée avec gentillesse, pouvait être joignable si besoin. Le remise des clefs à l'arrivée et au départ était très facile. La literie et les draps étaient très propres et nous avions de nombreuses serviettes de toilettes disponibles si besoin. Les équipements étaient disponibles aussi et conformes aux attentes. Nous recommandons ce lieu simple mais cosy et très bien situé. Merci à Yvonne pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse. See you soon!

Lily was a great host. She set up whatsap group days before by including her team. Very clear instructions even there was a well prepared and designed very professional house manual including every details related to home that she shared on whatsap group. Her team was super prompt and responsive. They welcomed us with a smile , Alessio was super nice guy who greeted us and allowed us to come early to leave our bags and get the key so we could see London , walk at Hyde Park thanks to him. The flat is gorgeous, with incredibly nice furnitures and very tasty decoration with very high quality equipments / beds . It is hard to believe that you can rent such place in air bnb. Worth every penny .. by far best place I stayed in air bnb .

Susan's place is absolutely lovely. It's a wonderful example of a stylish English home for family or friends reunions. The outdoor space is safe and a wonderful place for children. The house is truly a home and has that warm and inclusive vibe. We will definitely be back.
