Great location, Jim’s unit is clean & well-kept as is the resort grounds & public areas. Staff in the office and outdoor maintenance workers are very friendly and personable. Jim replied quickly to our emails and was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests for early deliveries. Definitely recommend renting his unit!

Exactly as described, very clean and very well equipped. We appreciated nice beach chairs and easy beach access and also enjoyed the pool and relaxing by the intercoastal waterway. Siesta Key is high density and we were there at the busiest time, but we felt peaceful and relaxed in our cozy spot.

We had a fantastic time at Rene's place. It had all the necessary items we needed as a family for our vacation. The location was a peaceful retreat in the evenings that was close enough to dining and entertainment options. Rene was fantastic with proactive communication from the time of booking until the end of our stay. We had a great time!

We loved the condo. It was clean and right across the street from food, shopping and entertainment. The beach was clean too. Amy was very responsive to our messages and provided us with clear instructions for check in and check out. We look forward to booking with her again!

We had an amazing week at Siesta Key and loved staying at Siesta Dunes. It was a beautiful complex right on the beach and also had a very nice pool area to use on days where it was a bit chilly. The condo was exactly as described and pictured which made our visit perfect! Tanya responded immediately when we had a couple questions during our stay. I highly recommend staying here if a visit to Siesta Key is in your future!!!

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

We enjoyed our stay! Just as listed. One minute walk to the beach, 2 min walk to the pool and bay across the street. The beach was nice and pool was clean and warm. Condo was comfortable, nice and clean. Plenty of kitchen supplies. We ended up eating in most of the time with the full kitchen and not a lot of restaurant near by/ the restaurants are very busy. Convenient with parking and beach toys and chairs provided. We would stay here again!

Sara was awesome and gave us great ideas and recommendations for our girls trip stay. The condo was super and recommendations were spot on for what we wanted.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Attila’s. Beautiful and clean space, great location. Will definitely be back to the area and his property again. Our entire stay was lovely!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and in an awesome location. We enjoyed our short walks to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. Loved that we could enjoy it with our dog too. Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Will definitely try to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful trip using Airbnb for the first time! The place was immaculate, and we truly felt at home. We especially loved the location—it was so close to our favorite spot, Boca Grande. Although we didn’t get to meet our host in person, he was incredibly helpful and responsive through messages. We would definitely stay again!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others. The location is beautiful with ocean views from two of the bedrooms and an extremely short walk to a private beach. The unit itself was very clean and modern. Plenty of restaurants and amenties close by as well. Gulf coast was also very helpful. We experienced some trouble with Hyatt during check in (they manage the building but have nothing to do with the rental) and gulf coast hopped on the phone immediately to help resolve the issue. Super reponsive and quick to respond during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Siesta Breakers 509! Great location, as a creative family, we fell in love with the artistic touches from the murals painted on the walls to the the decor. We appreciated the old world charm. Accommodations were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The two story condo was spacious for our family of six. The views were absolutely spectacular! We love corner units because of these bonus views. Improvements that may be worth looking into is the water pressure. Only one person could use the shower if they wanted hot water for the duration of their shower. Not a deal breaker at all, but something to mention. Also random pieces of items such as a screw and material were left on the window sill. We don’t have small kids but this could be a problem with littles. And the floors could use a deep clean mopping. Overall, we LOVED our stay and would come back to this unit in a heartbeat! Also loved the recs in the binder. Thank you for hosting us!!

A perfect place to stay!

We were so happy with this place. The unit was perfect for four adults and our kiddo. Super easy access to the beach and two heated pools, and the view from all THREE balconies was stunning. We loved sitting on the ocean-front sipping coffee in the mornings, and did the same thing in the evenings with drinks. Sunsets were spectacular and we saw many dolphins swimming by. The Midnight Pass trolley is about a 6 minute walk away… but you will have to be somewhat patient on busy evenings. We were very sad to leave and grateful for this time on the most gorgeous beach in Florida!
