we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

The house is a new renovation and Dana is still putting up finishing touches. Overall, the house served our needs and we all were happy with the house and location

Awesome location, located right in between the Gulf and bay! The unit was nicely remodeled, had comfortable furniture and had a beachy vibe. Englewood was hit pretty hard by 2 hurricanes recently, so things are not back to normal, including the deeded beach access and bay access. We're also hosts in Englewood, so we're very understanding of that and it didn't stop us from enjoying the place!

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Nothing beats waking up and walking to the beach within 3 minutes. We really enjoyed all the beach amenities provided for our use. It made our trip so easy! Although the area is still cleaning up after the hurricane, it is heartwarming to watching this beautiful community come together. Very friendly neighbors, everyone always greeted us with a, "Good morning!" Thank you for making our trip stress-free for my husband's birthday. We have a soft spot for Manasota Key now, and can't wait to come back!

Dana was an awesome host. The place is in a perfect location close to restaurants and very close to the beach access. Beautiful views from the balcony and a very peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation in Manasota key.

I loved this house. The patio space is very relaxing. The house has a great vibe, and everything is very clean and well-designed with everything you need. You can really see the love they have for the house. Thank you so much.

We had such an amazing stay! The location is steps to the beach, steps to the pool and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Our condo was AMAZING! Everything was very modern and absolutely beautiful. There were so many thoughtful bonus touches that made our family feel right at home. I am SO glad we chose this gem of a spot for our trip!

We had an incredible stay at The Sand Dollar Beach House! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities that we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal, just a very short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants with live music and good food. The only time we needed to drive was for a quick grocery run! Chris and Kalyn were fantastic hosts. Very responsive and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the pool, the balcony, and the well-equipped kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The pros were being able to walk to the beach through private gate access, anything we needed for the beach was provided including toys for kids, home had all the necessities, and the kids enjoyed the pool when we needed a break from the beach. A few cons would be because there is a lot of construction going on down this road (including the bottom units) we could hear work trucks in the mornings which disrupted any plans to sleep in, the bed in the primary room also had dips in it, and one of two dryers on-site did not work so when we started 2 different wash loads we had to wait for one load to finish before drying the other (not a huge deal but it was unexpected, could also cause an issue if there were other units trying to wash/dry at the same time). Overall the place is as described and our family was comfortable. I’d recommend this place to others.

We visited North Fort Myers to celebrate my granddaughter's second birthday. She lives only a short 20-minute drive from Maria's place. Check-in was a breeze, and we felt right at home upon entering. The entire home was sparkling clean, and we literally wanted for nothing. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided in both baths. Maria had complimentary snacks, wine, and coffee, which was a nice, friendly touch. The lanai was comfortable, and the pool was warm and inviting. We had towels when needed. There were pool floats for the little ones and there was plenty of room to spread out (there were 6 adults and 2 kids one day). Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen was available. Maria was friendly and provided all the information we needed to make the vacation enjoyable. The location was perfect for daily walks. The home is on our list for future visits!

We loved our stay here. Close to the beach access, golf cart rides into the restaurants/bars, the rental had everything we needed and Peter was very friendly and responsive if we had any questions. We were worried since it was a duplex that it might be a problem with people on the other side, but it wasn't at all! We didn't even know anyone was next door except when they were outside at the pool. It was our first time visiting the area. We all loved it and can't wait to come back. Thank you, Peter!

Great location and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two of the bedrooms in the apartment for some separation. Joanne was very responsive to our questions and concerns about possible hurricane damage (none in the house). Beautiful view of Lemon Bay and short walk to the beach. We were even able to bring our boat!

My daughters & I stayed in Nokomis for a spring break beach trip. Dan's place was exactly as described in the listing. The entire place was clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. We used the paddle boards and kayaks during our stay, as well as the beach chairs & umbrella. It was so nice to have everything for the beach available for us to borrow. Nokomis Beach is only a few minutes from the condo. We enjoyed several short trips to Venice for restaurants and coffee shops. Dan responded quickly to any questions I sent. We had an excellent stay at Dan's and would definitely stay there again!

This was my second year (hopefully of many) visiting Sea Club 2, and both experiences exceeded my expectations far beyond what I ever could have hoped. This time, we stayed in cottage 4a, and the overall appearance and feel of the place felt like we were living inside of a postcard. Beautiful beach related sculptures, paintings, and even the furniture matched the color scheme. The ease of access to the beach, pool, dock, and lounge area provided us with an ENDLESS number of activities and places to lounge around, and everybody was kind, respectful, and made sure to keep the area clean. 10/10 experience and hope to be back in the years to come.

Victoria’s place at sunset cove was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the location, was able to walk to several local restaurants. As well as a short walk to Cedar Point Environmental Park and not a far drive at all to the beach. Loved the swimming pool area and relaxing by the gas fire pit at night. The pool is pretty cold but you can have her turn the heat on for an additional $150. Our kids didn’t seem to mind the cold pool so we didn’t bother to have the heat turned on. Would definitely return to this location.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Beautiful home! This was a wonderful stay for me and my family. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood. The house is very clean. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with essentials. The pool is nice, and the deck overlooking the canal is lovely. David was very responsive and sent good local recommendations. He adjusted the pool temp at our request. There are walking/nature trails within a few blocks of the house. He also made sure there was a cooler for us to bring to the beach, in addition to the chairs and umbrella that were already available.

It was everything we could have hoped for! Most convenient unit we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. There was nothing we needed or could have asked for that wasn’t already there. My kids are both in college we only get one vacation a year with them, I can’t think of a better place to spend it than where we stayed. Thank you for all the memories we made and we definitely want to come back next year!

Loved our time there and Tammy was great about communications. Our only suggestion would be to add a dresser to the bedroom that doesn’t have a closet or en-suite

Linda’s home was truly a gem! So peaceful and relaxing! The ocean is literally steps away, with sunsets, swimming, sand, shells and shark’s teeth to hunt all day long!! We had everything we needed to feel at home, and more! Manasota Key was amazing and Linda’s home was a perfect location for our family’s get away!
