only thing is there was like 1 laundry tab 1 dish tab 2 trash bags they want ya 2 clean up but nothing 2 do it with .....so it wasnt provided an it was waterer down this dish soap an laundry soap had water in them as someone had refilled the bottles an its was only $1 tree items 2 began with so make sure you have extra or go shopping otherwise everything was WONDERFUL peaceful spacious it was a great time had 2 weird times someone i think the owner came an stopped by 2 xs. an was watching us on the Camaras was a lil weird if i must say please let people know your stopping by before you peep your head around the corner even if your staying a few houses down

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

This is our second year of staying here. Our hosts were very helpful and even left us little treats to welcome us. We arrived on November 8th, 2024. Weeks prior to arrival, they kept us updated on the progress of Hurricane cleanup. Their home is the perfect location. You can enjoy the ocean just across the street or the pool and hot tub with a view of the channel. Their home is clean and includes so many items that would need on this vacation. They were always willing to answer our questions as well as suggestions to make our trip even better. We feel perfectly at home here and can't wait to return next year.

Our stay this week at "Our American Dream" was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. This charming abode turned out to be the perfect choice for our vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with the warm and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The location of this Airbnb is an absolute gem. With an array of restaurants, the allure of Siesta Key Beach, and the vibrant activities of Downtown Sarasota all within a stone's throw, we found ourselves spoiled for choice when it came to things to do. The convenience of being in proximity to national parks and shopping malls was also a noteworthy advantage, making it so easy to explore the area. Walking into the home, we were immediately taken by the thoughtfulness put into the recent renovations. The modern kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances including a washer and dryer, proved to be a handy addition to our stay. What a beautiful place to stay! It was so comfortable and quiet. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome! We were 10 minutes from anything we needed. Great location and pleasant owners. They quickly responded to any of our questions. Would definitely reserve again.

Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

Madeline impeccably restored the cottage post hurricanes. Her home has everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Access to the beach is nearby. The back yard has amenities galore. Perfect!

Very niece location with easy walk to great restaurants. This home was private and well taken care of. Very kind hosts who were accommodating. Loved the private patio area.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

We loved the pool and hot tub. Ben was very responsive when I asked about if there was a speaker we could use and he dropped one off at the front door within minutes. Great location and price was reasonable. We would Definately stay again!

Well laid out home. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, pots, coffee pot and Keurig. Very clean home. Neighborhood was very quiet.

We spend two happy and relaxed weeks in Angelika‘s house. The location is perfectly located among nature, parks, beaches and great shopping opportunities though a own car is highly recommended. Thank you Angelika! Dita & Franz, Switzerland

Dana was an awesome host. The place is in a perfect location close to restaurants and very close to the beach access. Beautiful views from the balcony and a very peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation in Manasota key.

Melissa's house is clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was nice having 4 bedrooms and a screened in porch also. The place was clean and well kept. This was our second time staying here.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The kids loved the heated pool and all of the pool and beach toys included. The house was very clean and in a great location. Dawn is very responsive when messaging her, often responding no more than a minute or two. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely consider staying next spring break if it is available!

The home was very spacious and comfortable. Because I do a lot of cooking, I was grateful the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking glassware, and lots of cooking utensils. The rest of the house was also well-stocked--plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai area had plenty of seating and was a great area to hangout around the pool. We had family visit for a week and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Jennifer was great to work with--good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Paul’s house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were nice beach chairs and beach towels to use and the pool was well heated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Paul was quick to respond to our question we had. It’s definitely a place we will stay again.

This cottage was super cute—exactly what we were looking for! The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was perfect after long days at the nearby robotics competition. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Would definitely stay here again

Deze accommodatie bevindt zich in een zeer rustige en goed gelegen residentiële wijk. Dankzij de centrale ligging bereik je in een mum van tijd de prachtige stranden die Sarasota te bieden heeft. De woning is ruim, uitstekend uitgerust en het zwembad is, zelfs tijdens de lentemaanden, heerlijk verwarmd en aangenaam om in te vertoeven. We zijn de hosts dankbaar dat we in deze mooie woning hebben mogen verblijven — het was een zeer aangename ervaring die zeker voor herhaling vatbaar is.

Tom's place is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and spacious. It has everything you need to prepare meals. We used the pool everyday. Living on the canal was peaceful and relaxing. Tom is a great host and very responsive. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning next year.

Great place! Very clean, responsive with any issues. The only huge bummer was there was nothing except towels for the beach (chairs, umbrella, softer, etc) as we’ve had in every other place we have stayed in.
