A perfect place to stay! Megan is a great host! Space is lovely and the added touches make it special , so special I am coming to stay another week! Bed is cozy with beautiful sheets and extra towels . She provides beautiful soaps and extra toiletries . The area is great to walk around easy to get to beach and restaurants , views are just wonderful from the space. Wonderful place to rest after a long day . Thank you Megan see you soon!

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful few days in Anthony’s apartment in Williamsburg. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is extremely convenient to subways, coffee shops, restaurants etc. It’s also tastefully appointed and well designed. I wish the weather had been warm enough to spend time in the backyard. It’s beautiful! Anthony is super responsive and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

This felt like you were just at home. Between the amazing host and their hospitality from beginning to end you would think you’re just visiting your aunt and cousins! Everyone was very pleasant and the house was the most beautify thing I’ve ever seen. I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants luxury in Brooklyn to stay here!

Not only is Justine incredibly kind but she makes an amazing host. Truly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all across the board. Your needs will always be met, and your concerns (if any) will always be heard. Truly a wonderful stay. She has a beautiful home, in an amazing spot on the Jersey Shore.

We were absolutely delighted with this house. Lisa is an amazing host—always very attentive and with excellent communication. She is kind, cheerful, and that truly reflects in her home. Her house is simply beautiful, filled with wonderful details. There are all kinds of different mugs in the kitchen, collected from various places. Masks from all over the world. The house is colorful and full of life. The steam room and sauna worked perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon—because I won’t be choosing any other house

This was our second time staying at the Blacksmith building. With family in NJ, NYC, and Westchester, it's a great central location. It's a big space with nice decor. Robert is a terrific, incredibly responsive host. Things to know: -There laundry is a single washer-dryer unit. It takes a very long time to dry a full load. Not an issue if you do smaller loads. If you do full loads either leave lots of time to dry your clothes or hang them. He provides LOTS of hanging space in the back room, so this is very feasible. -Street parking is free at night and cheap during the day. A WARNING - if you have to park on Dock street there is no parking 1am-7am M, W, F. There is only one small, easy-to-miss sign on each block indicating that rule, so we ended up with a ticket the one night we couldn't park in front of the airbnb. Otherwise, the parking app makes parking super-convenient. you can load your meter from bed at 9 am. We left by noon each day, so it cost $2-$3 to park.

My family loved this Place.!!! I would definitely come back again… Jennifer is an excellent host and super nice… She helped us with everything we needed and we really felt at home.!! We want to come again…!

We loved our stay with our dog! Would definitely stay here again if in the area. There’s access to the backyard which has a small playground and turf for dogs which came in handy! There’s also a park a block away and some great Indian and Colombian food just up the street a 10 min walk away. There’s also mattress was also super comfy!

this home makes you feel right at home. plenty of room. great location. great host , very courteous. best place to stay if visiting long island. very safe neighborhood, short walking distance to shops, beach and LIRR station

We loved our stay at Brian's place. The location was perfect and the space was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed walking to the park and around the neighborhood, and the subway was nearby. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Brooklyn.

We had a lovely stay here to celebrate a friend's son's bar mitzvah. There are not many options in the area, so we felt lucky to find such a lovely place. It is convenient to Ossining or any of the surrounding Hudson River communities. The property had a gorgeous view of the Hudson, which I enjoyed while sipping my morning coffee, as well as plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the natural landscape. The interior had plenty of space, multiple places to sleep, as well as multiple social spaces for relaxing. The space was attractively decorated and the living space included comfortable couches, working space, and a well-appointed kitchen. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful amenities like coffee and fresh creamer, eggs, and bagels. Thank you so much for the great accommodations! We really enjoyed ourselves.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

Mac allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help as we traveled with our 93-year-old dad. Upon arrival, the check-in instructions were clear and accurate. The house was clean and actually looked even better than the pictures. The pool was very nice, and my brother swam every day we were there. It was great to have a full kitchen stocked with a plethora of cutlery, plates, cups, pots, and pans. We had a small issue with the tv as it stopped working. Mac was on it immediately, and the tv came back on within 30 minutes or so. Although it was buffering when we first arrived, whatever Mac had his ISP do to the modem/router, the tv and internet worked seamlessly afterward. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay here again. We were very pleased with the home! Thank you, Mac and Shama for being such gracious hosts!

Tina was awesome to work with! Very accommodating of our group at the last minute. Her place was clean and the WiFi held up with 8 of us happily posting on social media. The short walk to the waterfront offers some of the best views of New York City. I would stay again as would the rest of my group.

Excellent stay at the Ave. Second time there. Easy check in and clean/spacious apartment that was well appointed.

My daughter arrived first, Martha had communicated to me that a ETA would help so they would be available to let us in and give us the keys, anyway I forgot to tell my daughter that part and Martha’s husband was prompt in meeting up without prior notice. The place was spotless, adorable and perfect for us. Parking wasn’t terrible, a couple times around the block and we found spots, walking around felt safe, car was safe. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the kid downstairs running back and forth at 11:30-12am, it’s bad when you can hear it over the tv, and we were trying to be quiet and mindful of them, no fault of the hosts but a bit annoying! All in all, great stay.
