Outstanding - a lovely apartment. Beautiful views. We had the best time.

As advertised the apartment was indeed homely, We cerainly fell lucky booking this place, The location was perfect, with sea views from every window, it was light, well equipped, in immaculately condition and spotless clean, infact the photos undersold it, the rooms were bigger than the photos looked. Although it has on street parking we never had any problem finding a parking space right out side the building. The apartment is just a stones throw from Weston's Marine lake and only a few minutes walk along the sea front to the town centre with plenty of good restaurants along the way.

We had a wonderful nights stay at this apartment. Lou was always very responsive and helpful before our stay making our booking and check in process very easy and stress free. The apartment has the most fantastic views of the sea and we enjoyed watching the surfers. The balcony was private and dry (even in the rain!). Some fixtures and furnishings are a bit tired (as mentioned in previous reviews) but these did not detract from the location and we would definitely stay again!

Super logement , très bien agencé avec une décoration peaufinée sur le thème de la mer et du bateau . La localisation idéale pour une parenthèse et un retour à la mer et à la nature . Enfin Mark est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité à tout instant lors de notre séjour. Pour tous ces arguments , je vous recommande vivement ce logement. ZB

The apartment was fabulous. Clean and well appointed, superbly located for local restaurants, cafes and shops. The sea views are second to none and the walks along the promenade to the De La Warr Pavillion were lovely. We will definitely be returning the this amazing property.

Lovely place and great surroundings, literally yards from the beach and great views. Karim was excellent on the communication side and the pricing was about right for this level of the market. We would certainly look to book again at a later date. I can recommend the restaurant next door, the Perico Lounge, excellent food and good prices with such friendly staff. Extensive gluten-free menu too.

Une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur la plage de Courseulles-sur-Mer. De belles promenades, tranquille et en sécurité, une ville accueillante avec de bons restaurants et un superbe petit marché aux poissons. Nous nous sommes régalées sur tous les plans ... Merci pour tout.

This place is a real gem! We went for lunch at The Sportsman in Seasalter so this was the perfect place to stay overnight. Accommodation is excellent & we enjoyed an evening relaxing in the lounge. Each room is spacious & comfortable so no one could moan about whichever one they chose. We only stayed for one night but would definitely come back again for longer. Kelly was really welcoming & check in was so convenient. Thank you!!

The Coach House is amazing. The accommodation matches the view, which is stunning. Everything you could need with a very generous welcome pack. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Amazing stay in Selsey! The beachside view was breathtaking, and the modern design made it so relaxing. As a group of couples, we settled in the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and stylish, creative vibe made it feel just like home. The games on the shelves and well-equipped kitchen with quality cutlery were great essentials for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone!

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

Gîte au top. Bien équipé et super central pour toutes les visites concernant le débarquement ou pour des balades en bord de mer. Accueil ++ de notre hôte avec de petites attentions qui nous ont touchés : place de parking à l arrivée, un bon petit cidre bien frais et des biscuits juste mmmmhhh. Endroit calme avec un accès à la plage privatif. Famille avec 2 ados, tout le monde revient ravi de ce séjour !

La nostra esperienza nell’Airbnb di Mark è stata semplicemente perfetta! La casa era accogliente, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione era ottima e ci ha permesso di goderci al meglio la città. Bellissima posizione vicino al mare. Mark un host gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande. Had a lovely stay in Debbie’s beachfront condo! The condo was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was also very nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Would definitely stay again!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Excellent accommodation, perfect location with lovely views. Easy to park car in secure location and walk everywhere we needed.

It was a very cosy, well equipped, clean apartment, situation in a nice location with several restaurants nearby. Highly recommendable.

La vue sur la mer depuis la pièce à vivre et la chambre mais surtout depuis le balcon est vraiment le point fort de cet appartement. C’est l’espace idéal pour un pied-à-terre en Normandie au bord de l’eau car très calme en basse saison (mars). Juste à descendre l’immeuble pour se balader sur la plage. Le centre-ville, où se trouvent toutes commodités, est à environ 10mn à pied. Il y a un restaurant/pizzeria excellent à 50m de l’immeuble. L’histoire du territoire est riche, à (re)découvrir durant ses promenades. Estelle est claire dans ces indications et très réactive. C’est avec confiance que vous pourrez y séjourner. Je n’hésiterais pas à revenir avec plaisir.
