Had a lovely two nights at the Apple Barn. Jocelyn was so friendly and helpful, and the location was brilliant, very central to Bruton. We had everything we could need and really appreciated the little touches like being left some home made cookies, bread and milk. Thanks so much Jocelyn for a wonderful stay

Comfortable, cosy and conveniently located cottage for exploring the South Wight. Good parking and hosts are very generously offering dogs to use their large garden. Kitchen is very well equipped so cooking proper meals is very easy to do. Can definitely recommend and would return. Hosts accommodating, friendly and very welcoming. Note for dog owners- the cottage is carpeted, being plenty of towels and throws as dogs can easily get wet, sandy and muddy around the South Wight.

Great location - 10 minute walk to quite a few restaurants and a great “base camp” for seeing all of the D Day sites as it located between Omaha and Sword beaches and close to the main highway. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Back again. My home away from home when visiting Shalford. The cottage is charming and so serene and quiet. Amanda and Ben and the dogs are all so welcoming.

I recommend it at 100 %. What a beautiful place, we had a great time. The place smells good and everything is super clean. Really close to convenience store and easy to reach waterfront by a nice walk. Also, i had a lovely meditation time in the garden <3 Loved it.

We wanted a few days away from it all to walk and cycle and there are so many great trails to choose from the Surrey hills are fantastic. The airbnb was great , everything we needed, we cooked a few meals and enjoyed chilling out there after long walks. The decor and cotton bedding were all lovely. A great place to stay. The only consideration is the bed is a tad small for a man over 6ft. it was comfy for us but only just, my husband is 6ft.

great place to stay for a weekend, close to West Whittering beach, very clean and private with plenty of room. also close to great restaurants, we ate at the Crab & Lobster which was awesome!

Had a wonderful stay and the host was very responsive and relaxed the place is close to shops and aldi walking distance and 30 minutes away from lulworth beach stunning beach i would definitely come back here. Only con i would say is the shower it doesn’t get to the right temperature you got to constantly play with the temperature as it gets hot and cold by it self and pressure is poor other than that its the perfect place for a weekend away especially with the amazing hot tub.

Absolutely gorgeous cosy cabin. Our whole experience was perfect. Thank you Mike and Sarah for providing wonderful accommodation and being fabulous hosts! :) Loved the lil welcome pack on arrival, much appreciated! 💯 will be coming back again and highly recommend. 10/10

Wow. What a fabulous stay in such a cosy place!!! Me and my friends really enjoyed staying at the forge, whilst celebrating one of our friend’s birthdays. It was in a perfect location! 15min drive to Deal beach front… and a local shop and chinese takeaway walkable 1-2mins!!! The Hot tub was such a nice touch and was clean and easy to use. Hosts left us a bottle of bubbly and a few breakfast bits which was a lovely too. We all really enjoyed our stay and felt we had privacy and quiet during our stay. We would love to recommend to anyone who would like a few peaceful nights away! Thank you for having us 😊

Thank you Raymond for this nice break. It was peaceful, quiet, and was a pleasure meeting you. Lovely moment chatting and petting the lambs. The place was cosy, even better than on the pictures, the fireplace was a delight, everything was tidy, and Raymond has been full of nice intentions for us. We'll be back without a doubt!

We felt it a privilege to share the apartment alongside the host’s beautiful home with views over their gorgeous, landscaped gardens. We had everything we needed, slept peacefully on a super bed, were wonderfully warm (in minus degrees in February!!!) and found the area perfect for Portsmouth, Sandbanks, The New Forest AND Winchester Loved the place.

Had a wonderful couple of days at Pony Cottage, very clean, well stocked for tea, coffee, milk and biscuits! Virginia I felt had covered every aspect to make sure it’s a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden, 5 mins into the village, which has lovely coffee shops and restaurants, everything you need. Bonus also of having beautiful walks on your door step. I look forward to returning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deborah’s place. It was airy yet warm and cozy with a pretty view of the garden from the living area. It was a 5 minute walk to High Street making it very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. In addition all of the sites such as the Tor, Chalice Well and the Abbey were also very walkable. For such close proximity to everything we still felt outside of all the noise and business of the town center. The place was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend staying with Deb and Tim. If we are ever in Glastonbury again this place would be our first choice.

We had a fantastic stay at Pauline and Ken’s home, they made us feel at home straight away and were always there to help. The stand out of their Airbnb is how homely it is and it has been one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Pauline and her husband Ken were so friendly, our daughter could not wait to get home and see them and their wonderful dog Willow. I can’t recommend this enough. The home is beautifully decorated, all amenities you would need are present. Fabulous home and we can’t wait to stay again in future!

Lovely place . Second time I have stayed. Spotless clean. Has everything you need. Kitchen is well maintained and has everything you need . Highly recommend. Host very nice .

Hosts couldn’t have been more proactive pre our visit or welcoming when we arrived - was lovely. Secluded, rural location in the Moors was what we wanted and the place delivered. Some lovely homely touches made our stay more enjoyable. Barn was exactly as described and we felt safe, warm and homely. Looking forward to our next time already!

WOW - what an absolute gem! Chris is the most fabulous host - super responsive, really helpful and friendly and really went the extra mile to accommodate us after we'd had our original hotel booking cancelled at the very last minute. He came out in the pouring rain to settle us into The Pavilion which is absolutely stunning. The photos do not do it justice at all! A real home from home, with every little comfort catered for. Beautifully clean and cosy, warm and snug, gorgeous bedroom, fantastic shower with oodles of hot water, fully equipped kitchen and the most delicious breakfast items provided. Chris was so thoughtful and so kind and he actually turned what had looked like being a disastrous weekend into one of the best we've had. Absolute top marks for a top host! We'll definitely be going back for some peaceful serenity and R&R as soon as we can :-)
