Our second family get-together in Anna & Eric’s gorgeous “garden”. The quirky accommodation options are fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and made homely and beautiful by Anna’s tasteful interior decoration. The addition of a “Pavillion” since our last visit made our evenings even better as there was plenty of room for our group of 15 to play games late into the night, after a day of tennis, tug-of-war, trampolining, bbq, chilling in the hot tub nestled in greenery while watching their peacock stroll back and forth…

Our family had a wonderful stay at Carol and Richard’s caravan. Our children loved riding Joey the donkey each morning and collected some eggs from the chicken coop. We also purchased some honey and cider which was delicious! Thank you Carol and Richard for being fantastic hosts. We would love to return again in future.

We had a fantastic stay here as a family. Despite the typical British weather we were still able to spend lots of quality time together utilising the sheltered area to play card games and eat together. The location is so quiet and peaceful and perfect for a getaway. There was everything we needed plus local shops etc were a 10 minute drive away. Matt was great at checking in with us via message and ensured we had everything we needed. We had a great time and will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Thank you ☺️

nous avons loué le logis plus deux roulottes ce fut un weekend très agréable et très atypique Les Roulottes été chauffer et très bien aménagé le logis est propre bien aménagé aussi avec une bonne literie nous avons été très bien accueilli ont nous avons à même proposé la visite des lieux. a faire surtout les roulottes.

Super logement. Très bien accueillis, une super propriété pour un week end au calme. Je recommande pour un moment de tranquillité !

This is a wonderful and peaceful place. The caravan is spacious and full of games, books and general stuff to keep everyone entertained. Garden is just fabulous and the wildlife flourishes. This is a very child friendly place with lots of space for kids to run around and lots of things to do without having to leave the comfortable space…and you have chickens as your neighbours. Location is ideal for exploring nearby places & attractions and / or you can just walk to Longford which is a stunning place.

We had a truly lovely stay at this eco shepherd’s hut. The setting was wonderfully private, with stunning views that were only made better by the gorgeous weather during our visit. With clear skies, we were able to enjoy breathtaking stargazing both from the hot tub and even through the skylight inside the hut—a magical experience. The hut itself was thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with a strong eco-conscious ethos. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a real retreat from everyday life. Our only small critique would be the kitchen sink, which was quite tiny, making washing up a bit of a challenge. Given that much of the interior is wooden, extra care is needed with water spills, but this is only a minor point in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Overall, a beautiful and unique escape—highly recommended for those looking for privacy, nature, and a touch of luxury in an eco-friendly setting!

Super gîte dans un domaine équestre très très bien tenu. Dominik prend soin de nous dès notre arrivée comme d’un ami qui souhaite voir ses invités passer un bon séjour. Toujours disponible pour résoudre si besoin une demande . La maison nommée « Belem «  très propre et bien équipée pour passer un séjour agréable. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

We had a wonderful relaxing and peaceful stay, we couldn't fault it. We really enjoyed the hot tub (which was already on and up to temperature when we arrived)! The toiletries provided smelt divine and were just lovely to use. Our dog Barney really enjoyed the biscuits that were lovingly provided! Thank you Hannah.

We loved staying here! Such a different experience with the great addition of the hot tub. The hosts were really helpful and made an extra effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible

Wonderful two night stay . Peaceful private and surrounded by birdsong. A real treat for us. Sitting in the hot tub at night listening to the distant flocks of geese and ducks on the lake was lovely .

The place was fab - completely as described and communication was great. Denise was very understanding and accommodating when plans had to change. Would defo recommend. Thank you!

Perfect cozy getaway! Problem free and had everything and more that we needed. Lovely to see the animals around the accommodation. Peaceful and private. Was a pleasant surprise to see coffee, tea, sugar and milk left for us. Cute Loveheart sweets too. Log burner was the finishing touch. As soon as we arrived Richard introduced himself and gave us some tips on getting to the local village which is a few minutes walk away. Checking was seamless. Would 100% return.

The house is amazing, so beautiful. At this time of year it was very peaceful too. The space was perfect for us and our young children. Within walking distance to the beach and a well stocked shop.

Very pleasant responses on the phone, great to contact if there was issues, Hut was brilliant and cosy exactly as described Wendy was brilliant at explaining everything and making sure the hot tub was nice and prepared!, great work and for those who are first time staying in Cornwall this is a perfect place to set yourselves in for that nice wonderful peace and quiet! Thank you again to you both, made us feel welcome!

I booked this as a last minute surprise for my boyfriend, and when we arrived he said it was being in a fairy tale!! Stephen and Amanda came and greeted us and showed us the caravan, which is tucked at the bottom of their garden, it was so peaceful, watching the birds and squirrels. Everything was catered for and enjoyed relaxing by the fire til midnight listening to the owls. And the bed was so snuggley! Slept so well!! Highly recommend if you want a piece of nature and outdoor living with all your creature comforts! Many thanks, definitely will return. 😊

Notre séjour pour la St Valentin (1 nuit) dans le bus anglais 🚍 de Cassie et Gary : Wanda, un bus accueillant et chaleureux avec un très bon chauffage (très froid dehors), tout est très bien pensé. A l'entrée un autoradio qui diffuse une musique qui vous plonge dans un autre univers. le salon, la cuisine, le coin repas dans des matériaux de qualité. une petite attention cupcakes 🤤🤤 Des vitrages laissant le soleil ☀️ illuminer votre journée. la chambre qui vous apportera un cocon et une nuit tranquille. Le matin, une douche bien chaude et sans aucune contrainte de temps. le petit déjeuner en supplément a ne surtout pas rater... parfait 😀 Merci beaucoup pour la recette des smoothies ☺️ Merci Cassie et Gary, Vous avez fait de Wanda un magnifique cocoon pour les amoureux du dépaysement, des petits moments de bonheur. ❤️❤️

La estancia fue muy agradable, mi pareja y yo disfrutamos mucho de las vistas y pasamos una buena noche jugando a los dardos y con la hoguera. Joanna estuvo atenta en todo momento :)

Petite caravane bien agencée et au calme. Les vélos à disposition ou votre voiture vous permettent d’accéder facilement aux deux villes les plus proches. Bien que proche de l'habitation principale, l'espace reste intime et vous vous y sentez chez vous. La caravane est bien équipée niveau cuisine et les rangements sont nombreux et malins. L'espace douche est un peu contraint (difficile de poser ses affaires sèches, encore plus quand il pleut) mais fait le job. Bémol sur les toilettes sèches qui sont très hautes et ne facilitent pas les choses (la cocotte peut sauver la mise en servant de support pour les pieds). Le petit salon est vraiment agréable pour regarder les étoiles, au calme et sans pollution lumineuse. Prenez des affaires chaudes car même en été, il peut faire vraiment très froid dans la caravane. Pensez également à l'anti moustiques, ils arrivent toujours à se faufiler !

Anthony is very friendly and kind. and it was a very interesting experience, the surroundings were very quiet. If the weather is good, you can see the beautiful starry sky at night.

Mon 2ieme séjours, à 4 semaines d’intervalle. Comment vous convaincre de vous y arrêter ? Quoi que cela m’arrangerait de toujours y trouver de la place quand moi j’ai envie d’y aller 😂 Trêve de plaisanterie, j’ai re choisis la caravane, et dès que je pourrais de nouveau le faire, je recommencerai ! Malgré une petite pluie dans l’après midi, rien ne nous a empêché de profiter des extérieurs, du calme et de loisirs de vacances. Lectures, siestes, balade à vélo…. Vous pourrez aussi trouver tennis de table et baby-foot. Ou comme nous, écouter la pluie tomber sur le auvent de la caravane, pour les amoureux des sons de la nature, plutôt que de mettre votre enceinte pour la méditation, ici vous pourrez juste ouvrir vos oreilles et entendre tellement de douceur…. Ne pensez pas que ce séjour en caravane n’est pas fait pour vous, il y a tout le confort de votre maison. Le calme en plus.

Rebecca’s place is a beautiful secluded campsite with all the amenities you could wish for. The firepit, chairs and fairy lights make the site even more welcoming. The facilities are modern, well kept. I’d recommend Rebecca’s campsite to anyone looking for a pleasant outdoor stay.
