Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

This was our first trip to Texas and this place was absolutely perfect! Super clean and had all the necessities, plus some. Great hosts to work with and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place to spend our week!

This is my second time staying at Bryce‘s place, and it is by far my favorite place to stay in Dallas. The location is fantastic, with Whole Foods right across the street, some good restaurants in the area, and the Spring Creek nature preserve also across the street for great walking and biking. Bryce‘s apartment itself is totally clean, modern, and restful. I always find myself wanting to extend my stay. Bryce is wonderful and helpful. There’s also a great gym that visitors have access to and a really good coffee place called Elevate nearby, as well as a Starbucks if that’s your thing. I honestly can’t wait to come back.

Very cute and quaint apartment with all the amenities needed. Parking is a bit tight but otherwise the listing is as described! I would stay here again.

Place was amazing location and walkable to nearby restaurants and bike share. Incredible value for its location cleanliness and amazing smell :) Host was kind and very accommodation to requests made and quick for response. Would absolutely return here should I go back to Fort Worth!

Ivan's place was great. It was very clean and spacious. He even text to let us know that we we're welcome to any food he had in the house. Overall awesome spot and host.

This home was beautiful, spacious; the furnishings & decor were also gorgeous. Everything we could have needed was provided even down to little kitchen items and towels and q-tips in the bathroom. The master bathroom was bright and the shower and tub were high end! Gated access to the neighborhood was a nice perk and the pool was amazing too!

Although it was very close to Love Field airport, the home was very quiet. We loved how well stocked everything was, and the location close to great grocery stores and restaurants was wonderful!

Great stay! Close to the activity we were attending. Host was very responsive and flexible! We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or garage game room due to the extreme cold weather but that was nature!

We had to travel to DeSoto for a sports competition for my daughter. I was so thankful to find this air bnb in the neighborhood that I did. We felt very safe. We even went on an evening walk. The home was so clean, so cozy, we had everything we needed. Comfy bed , great pillows.

Stayed for 1 night and it was simple and easy. Don’t have a complaint about the stay at all.

This day felt more at home and that it was very accessible when I was in Texas for the things that I had to do down there during the time I was down there the house was very clean and very nice and I love the area by the lake

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Can’t say enough good things about this place ! It was exactly what we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. (hooks to hang coats and towels, hangers in the closets, well stocked kitchen, window seat in bedroom) Laura is also a very good host. She went above and beyond for me, even after our stay was over !

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

I stayed at Nick's place for 2ish months. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone, especially if someone has a pup as there is an enclosed small yard. Nick was great at communication and check-in was very easy. There is a parking spot right by the private entrance, which is very convenient. Nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. Some minor complaints for those that may be sensitive - the mattress is thin and not very good. I added a pillowtopper, which marginally helped so would recommend guests bring some sort of a topper if staying on a longer trip. Also, the walls/ceiling is very thin and the upstairs neighbor is very active, especially early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, would recommend a white noise machine or similar. Finally, the workspace is a small counter in the hallway with a sort of stool as a chair. Fine for light work/checking emails, but if you need more, this may not be the place.

The Airbnb was in great condition, exactly as described. Check in, check out was a breeze and Christopher communicated very well and was very responsive throughout the stay

This is one of the best places we have stayed. There was everything we needed to have a good time and the view of the tracks are an even bigger bonus. The large comfy couch was our go to after the races. My family and I are already planning our next stay here. Thanks so much for our host Laura who made sure we were all set and all ours needs were met.

Owner Kane And Melanie San treated us kindly from before to during our stay. I was satisfied with the room being large enough and clean. It is a quiet residential area, so you can rest quietly at night. I recommend this rental house.
