Our time at Debbie’s cottage could not have been better. We spent our days at all the local wineries which were no further than a 20 minute drive and our evenings by the dock watching the breathtaking sunsets. Debbie was friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. We could not think of a better place to have spent our 8 year anniversary. We cannot wait to be back one day soon :) Thank you Debbie!!!

Beautiful cottage with lots of amenities. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, pool table and arcade games. The views are stunning and we really enjoyed walking and skating on the lake in the winter. Jakub was a great host and easy to communicate with and answered any questions that we had. We hope to be back again in the near future. Thank you Jakub for hosting our family!

Such a gorgeous property and stunning views! The main living area had views from both south and north views of the lake since it is on a point. Stocked with everything we needed. Was a lovely weekend to honour my late uncle with my family. Balsam lake was his favourite spot. We went up the weekend after the huge ice storm so the place was running on a generator, which actually stopped working for a bit but the owners were on top of it as soon as they heard. They were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again in nicer weather! 🙌🙌

Perfect peaceful cottage on the lake. So many beds available but the spaces don’t feel crowded even with many people in the house. Cozy and truly authentic cottage feel. My son felt like the bunkie was his own piece of heaven. We appreciated the outdoor amenities such as kayaks and canoe. Even on the crisp late October days we visited we enjoyed the lake, and the wood stove kept us snug in the evening. Nathan was incredibly responsive and helpful. Just a wonderful visit overall.

This place was absolutely beautiful the second we walked in. It felt so cozy and homey. I believe it was even nicer in person than in the photos. Personally cleanliness is at the top for me and the place was spotless, and smelled so wonderful. You can tell they thoughtfully chose their cleaning products and body care products - which amplifies the stay making it almost feel spa like along with staying at a cute cottage! Brought along a young daughter, and she adored it here! Dmitry was so responsive too to our questions before hand and gave us so much added information to help us plan for our trip. They even surprised us with a special treat for celebrating my birthday while we were staying there. We hope to rebook many more times!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly inviting. The highlight for us was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The barbecue area was also great for cooking meals outdoors while enjoying the fresh air. Being right by the lake made the experience even more special – we loved waking up to the stunning views and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, this place was the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and relaxation. Highly recommend! Kevin was proactively ensuring we were comfortable. Would definitely revisit in the summer!

We’ve been staying at Jessica’s properties for the past four years and always enjoy our stay. If you have a boat or other water vessel, this place provides a free slip for the duration of your stay which is great! Jessica’s properties are always extremely clean, free of clutter and provide all the necessities and more! The restaurant and general store at the marina (on site) are very convenient. If you do have a boat or rent one on site, be sure to visit Juniper Island! It’s always a fav of ours to visit.

I think photos don’t do it justice. We stayed at Tracey’s place in the winter and when we arrived it was so much better than we expected. Perfectly clean and she had left a lovely gift basket for us on arrival. The space was honestly so well planned out, our kids loved the loft and the cosy den. We loved the addition watching the storm over the lake. Location is fantastic with easy access to skiing but also some good Uxbridge restaurants only 10 minutes away. We spent so much of the weekend outside in the snow that we met a few neighbours too and all were super lovely and welcoming. Would definitely stay again :)
