El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos, el lugar muy agradable con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía, Rossy fue muy amable y comprensible con la llegada dado que nuestro vuelo era tarde, el sector muy lindo con tiendas cercanas y estaba cerca a lugares turísticos, fácil para desplazarse utilizando aplicaciones.

La Casa Serena es hermosa y bien cuidada pero lo que más nos gustó es lo limpia que está. De hecho, es el lugar más limpio en el que nos hemos quedado en la República Dominicana. Andrés es un excelente anfitrión y siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Nos dejó instrucciones super claras y buenas recomendaciones locales. Recomendamos este bello hogar.

had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

Reservamos el alojamiento por 1 semana porque queramos hacer el cumple de mi pareja y el Getting Ready porque nos casabamos. Ken fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, el alojamiento estaba muy limpio y las camas eran muy cómodas. El área de la piscina era perfecta (hicimos el cumpleaños ahí), la cocina espaciosa y las habitaciones también... en fin, que estuvimos encantados con nuestra estancia y, sin duda alguna, volveremos.

The place was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The neighbors are very friendly. Supermarket, bank and the major highway are near to the house.

The place was clean, we feel like home the building was very secure and Michelle was very nice, flexible. Easy to communicate. 👏👏👏👏 I really recommend it to everyone 💯

I've lived 2½ hours away from Santo Domingo for 4 years and have visited the Zona Colonial many times. I love staying there for the history, restaurants, atmosphere, etc. I've always tried to stay on Calle Conde in a hotel with a balcony. But always enjoyed getting away from that tourist area and especially enjoyed walking down the streets where this house sits. Old women sweeping there sidewalk outside of the house they've lived in forever. Little fruit markets. Locals playing dominos. The real Zona Colonial. I took a gamble and reserved this house for 3 nights. Then I got nervous because my girlfriend had never been to Calle Conde. I worried that this old house would be small and lack the contemporary styling that makes us all feel like we are living good. Wrong. This place was way beyond my expectations. Updated with all modern desires, decorated with fabulous taste, We both absolutely loved it. Close to everything. Just walk. uh-oh..... no more charat

Jose Luis fue extremadamente amable inclusive, tubo la cortesía de llevar más sabana y toallas de las qie estaban así se podrían utilizar mientras se lavaban las demás. fue siempre atento y cortez quedamos muy satisfechos!!!

I was traveling with my wife and her little sister and i wanted someplace i really felt secure that offered great amenities and was close to the business i needed to do.. This place offered all of that. The building is secure and i was a little worried when i first walked in that there was no jacuzzi. but the patio will surprise you. Great place. Give it a try!

El apartamento es cómodo, todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado. La decoración es moderna, hermosa y de buen gusto. Todo luce igual o mejor que en las fotos. Es uno de los mejores apartamentos de Airbnb en los que me he quedado. 10/10.

This spot looks just like the photos. I stayed in the city to run errands before adventuring further around the island. It was clean, quiet, secure, and safe. There are slot of rules but some folks be over doing it when they rent a bnb so I understand and honestly it just made me more sure that I was gonna have a good sleep while I was there. Would recommend.

Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.

The Host is great the place was ok for the most part just thought it was a one bedroom but it was more of a split one room but other than that it was great had a few minor issues and the host took care of that immediately the other issues was out of her control but all and all it was a great experience just wish I knew a little more Spanish would have made the experience better than great
