Amazing place! Heated pool was great! Within 30 min of Pensacola beach! Grocery store just down the road. We loved the layout of the house! Even had umbrella and body board to take to the beach! Great communication if we had any questions. May become a yearly stay it was that good!

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

This was honestly one of my fav Airbnbs ! I will book her spot every time I come to Pensacola ! The home was beautiful and had anything you’d need ! It felt like home away from home ! The price is amazing !!!! I loved it!! Highly recommend! She makes everyone in your family feel welcomed esp kids

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and wished that our stay was a few more days long. The weather was not as warm as we had hoped for but we did enjoy the hot tub a few of the days and the pool on our last day. We ate in for most of our meals and pretty much had everything we needed to prepare them. We especially love the open design of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great and it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The house is almost equal distance to either airport, which definitely is a plus for those who are flying in. We hope to come to the area again and will definitely stay here if we travel with the same group of people.

What a great place! The house is huge. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the common spaces were cozy. Will definitely be back when in the area.

This house was nice and I just love the way they give you all the condiments from drinks to dishes,just everything I loved it and will recommend a stay to anyone!!! Will see us again I don't know when🥰🥰🥰

Wonderful home in Pensacola’s East Hill neighborhood. It was convenient to reach downtown, Pensacola Beach, and Milton. Loved the city park at the end of the street.

We had a great time during our stay here. The home was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.Allison was very responsive. Check in and out was easy. Home was in a great location!

Amazing place to stay. Most comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and well taken care of. Perfect to adventure the area and waters or just wanting to relaxing and get away. Top notch place at the top of our list

The unit was amazing! Beautiful and spacious and the view can’t be beat. During our stay there was a group of dolphins putting on quite the show out in the bay. That was a highlight of the trip getting to see dolphins while lounging on the balcony! The location is wonderful as well - so many activities right on site and nearby. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed this place. Pros: Private patio Easy beach access Laundry in the unit Full kitchen Cons: No restaurants or bars are really within walking distance Master bathroom area is a little tight and lacks vanity area due to a huge sink Cleaning fee was a bit steep Overall our stay was great. Will definitely come back. We extended our stay by an extra day which was a fairly smooth process.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! No stress getting in and everything was as described. I only wish we didn’t just plan for a short weekend trip! It was very roomy and clean and the balcony was great to relax on in the mornings and afternoons. I would love to stay again when the weather is warmer.

The location was perfect. Close to groceries, stores, restaurants and activities. The condo was steps from the beach, which was clean and not overcrowded. It was great to also have both the indoor and outdoor pools as options. Condo was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the wrap around balcony was amazing.

Franziska is a WONDERFUL host! She immediately addressed my issues and was such a positive and lovely person to work with!

She was an extremely responsive host and did an awesome job helping us with checking in early and had some great recommendations there laid out for us to check out and see definitely appreciate her only downside , it’s up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator so luggage up the stairs was tough but other than that everything was amazing
