Great place! Exactly as described, super walkable to the Strip (due to F1 setup was a little tricky - but obviously it’s temporary)! Very clean unit, comfortable beds, worked well for two couples. More fun being in the same unit vs staying in two different hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants the quiet of being just far enough off the Strip, but easily walkable to access it all! Host was very responsive and helpful. I love the location of this place, located very close to the strip, walkable distance. Topgolf is across the street. The view from this place was amazing great view of the sphere and other attractions. The apartment was very clean And the host was very helpful. Parking was never an issue. Thank you colleen for the help.

The place was better than I expected , it was as it was pictured but better and the little extras that he has on his place add up I had a great stay , will definitely look for his place again whenever I go to Vegas Definitely 5 stars

Kevin and Lillian were great hosts and super responsive. I could only check in at 12.30am and they gave crystal clear instructions. It was a breeze to enter the apartment. There were snacks and coffee which were great. Laundry facilities were great. Last but not least, the beds were super comfy!

We had a great stay at Mayra's. It is "close enough" to the strip and it's in a great and safe area. Will definately visit again!

Overall, it is a great place to stay. The parking lot of the community is a little bit dirty, but that is beyond the host's control since it is likely managed by the apartment company. Overall, highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the Penthouse, and it was just as fabulous as we remembered! We had such a relaxing time, and the private jacuzzi on the balcony was an absolute highlight—perfectly heated and the best way to unwind at the end of the day. Mark is an exceptional host, incredibly responsive and thorough in his communication, ensuring we had everything we needed before arrival. The bed is super comfortable, making for restful nights, and the spacious bathroom is a dream—with double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a shower featuring dual shower heads and a rain shower head. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and stove, making it easy to prepare meals. This place truly feels like a luxurious retreat, and we will definitely be returning!

Great place just off the strip but easily walkable. There is also a shuttle which was convenient. Room was great, this place was very affordable compared to the hotels the weekend I visited.

The entrance is beautiful! The space looks exactly like the photos. This place was very affordable given how luxurious it looks & the wonderful balcony view. You could even see the mountains! There was also free parking. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
