We loved our stay! The ammenities and extra touches (hot bev station, filtered water and super cute welcome gift) made our time in the house really fun and relaxing. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location! Really close to our work conferemce at the Golden Nugget. The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative. 10/10 reccommend!

I always stay at The Signature when I’m in Vegas. The location is perfect, and having access to the MGM Pool Complex is definitely a perk. Overall, Joe’s unit was awesome, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Here’s some of the pros and cons, compared to other units I’ve been in. PRO The kitchen is VERY well stocked. I went shopping before I got to the unit, and definitely bought stuff I didn’t need. Lots of towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. We had 3 people in the room and it was super comfy. It’s very much accessible, if you have mobility needs and/or need extra support in the shower. The less than awesome stuff: There’s no door to the master bathroom. (Toilet is in a separate room.) Fine if you don’t mind being seen in the shower, not ideal when with friends. The showers were a little smaller than the other units I’ve been in. The jacuzzi tub was a standard 1 person tub, not the oversized ones I’m used to. But overall AWESOME place. Def recommend!

If I could give this home and the host a 10 star review I really would From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like VIP guests, and we truly appreciate the extra care and attention he put into making our stay special. His home was wonderful, and his kindness made our trip even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Thank you again, and we hope to stay with you again in the future!

We have enjoyed staying in Justin’s place. Accessible to freeways, shopping and nearby restaurants.

My stay was great! Upon arrival, Pedro was very responsive and provided clear instructions and made the process very easy. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The shower was AMAZING and probably my most favorite part! The bed was okay and everything else was really good. The walls are thin so you may hear a little noise and conversation but also smell yummy food! Everything was useful from the tv to washer and dryer, nothing was missing or broken. It was very private, it felt like we were in our own private studio. The place was about 9-15 minutes away from the strip and great restaurants. Easy to find when driving to and from at any point of the day. I would love to stay here again.

Dennis and Cindy were kind, responsive and accommodating. The stay itself was clean and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out both took less than 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Parked on the street and walked into our room. It was a very easy process and would highly recommend staying at Max’s guest house if you are in the Las Vegas area.

I really appreciated Crystal for hosting us. The property was exactly as described. I really enjoyed the detailed instructions she left for checking in and out of the property. She was very friendly and welcoming she even had snacks for us already inside our lodge. Crystal was responsive and even accommodated an earlier check in. Would definitely recommend.
