excellent place beautiful view close to many shopping centers and close to Medellin I really like this place.

This apartment js located on the 26th floor (out of 27). Top of the tower with one of the most beautiful views of Medellin. Esteban was a great host. Our fridge stop working on day2 and Esteban immediately sent the technicians and the issue was handled. On day 5 we woke up to no water. Apparently somebody shut off the main valve down the hallway. Again, we contacted Esteban and he gave us instructions on how to turn it on. Overall it was a great place. I would highly recommend it.

Great location for tourists with a beautiful Colombian outdoor feel. The heated jacuzzi and AC were great, and the home was gorgeous at night. The nearby restaurant adds to the lively atmosphere, though you might hear some noise and food smells (burning) until midnight. Occasionally, we noticed people from the restaurant glancing into the courtyard as they opened the door. The home was clean overall, though the plastic furniture and tableware made the kitchen feel less fresh. A small brown crunchy thing on the bathroom counter gave me the ick, but nothing major. Beds were comfortable, though only sheets and thin blankets were provided. The kitchen had everything except an oven, and having three bathrooms plus a washer dryer was super convenient. El Poblado is a 10-minute walk, but we preferred Ubers at night since the walk was dark at night. The host was very responsive and even had batteries delivered for the TV remote on the first day. We stayed over a week and really enjoyed it!

Great place if you're looking for a one bedroom 2 full bathroom. Amazing view of Medellin. Comfortable bed, the room can get nice and dark. Nice secure building. A gym and grocery store and major mall is a 12 minute walk. I did it everyday, was very safe. Functional kitchen, I cooked everyday at least one meal there. If you want to venture down into the main restaurant area of Medellin its a 6 min uber. Ubers are super accessible and pick you up right outside. If I came back to Medellin I would stay here again unless I wanted to try another area of the city. Overall a great place for two people.

This place was perfect. 3 Bedrooms with comfortable bed and 3 bathrooms (2 in rooms) with hot water. Large living area to relax or host guests. And the apartment was extremely clean. Security was great, focused on guest safety at all times. Area was nice with lost of places to eat, drink, relax (recommend Mojitos about half a block away). Lively area but away from all the action on the other side of calle 10. Host sent clear instruction on how to access the apartment, provided local suggestions, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Alojamiento cómodo y agradable, tal cual las imágenes, está muy bien dotado. Se encuentra en una zona bien, anfitriona amable y cordial. Cuenta con todo el menaje de cocina (arrocera, licuadora, ollas, vajilla, etc...)

Muy buena opción, todo está relativamente cercano, solo que había un poco de ruido de construcción en la parte de arriba al rededor del medio día, y la vista deja un poco que desear PEERO, el depa está bien ubicado y cómodo, con muchas opciones de restaurantes.

A rough start turned out great. The good. Sebastian: This man goes above and beyond, he’s great and made my stay one to remember forever. Booked a couple excursions with him and he went out of his way every time to make sure we had fun every time. I even forgot my passport at the room while at the airport and they made it happen and got me my documents on time. Thank you! Location: This Airbnb is located right at the tail end of Provenza. Great location for local nightlife! Look’s just like the picture’s. Few things to note: Only one hot tub has heat and it did not work most of my stay, the other is just a mini pool. The bath in the third bedroom is just that, a big bath with a shower. Communication in app need’s work, too many hosts with no communication between each other made thing’s super frustrating with me in the beginning. I’d clear up an issue with one host and another would message me about the same thing over and over. Shower goes from hot/cold quickly.

Amazing place that is clean and has the best amenities. The host was really helpful for my stay, I am looking forward to staying here again.

Muy limpio, cama cómoda. Los anfitriones estuvieron muy pendientes y brindando recomendaciones. La terraza compartida complementa el espacio de la habitación como para poder comer y/o trabajar con más espacio y luz natural.

El alojamiento en perfecto estado, perfecta ubicación, fácil acceso a todo, equipado tal cual lo descrito, la limpieza excelente, una cosa a destacar, es la atención de la señora Ofelia, siempre al pendiente de todo, súper amable y atenta a todo, me facilitaron el acceso de madrugada por retrasos dada la lluvia, pero todo bien, espero volver a Medellín y seguro sin dudarlo me hospedaré aquí mismo 5 estrellas

Muy buen alojamiento. Camilo es un excelente anfitrion, siempre listo a ayudar cuando se requiere. El apartamento es cómodo y acogedor, bien equipado, muy limpio y sobre todo muy tranquilo. De todo mi agrado, seguramente regresaré pronto.

Das zweite Mal das ich im Airbnb von Carlos bleibe. Immer sehr angenehm. Das Check in ist komplett autonom. Wenn man Hilfe braucht ist Carlos trotzdem super schnell vor Ort. Den Jakuzzi haben wir genossen. Die Umgebung ist schön und sicher. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der direkten Nähe. Auch die Calle 70 ist in der Nähe. Ich komme gerne wieder vorbei, danke Carlos!

Excelente lugar; mil veces mejor que hoteles aledaños, fue muy grato estar en este alojamiento no vemos la hora de regresar para repetir tan sublime experiencia . La zona super tranquila , nunca percibimos estar en una ciudad si no en una zona rural, el sonido de la naturaleza en las mañanas y en todo momento lo vale todo . El restaurante que queda en la esquina exquisito para desayunar. Que nota encontrar estas opciones tan pasadas de buenas .

Apartment was beyond comfortable for my friend and I to stay over the weekend. The area was very convenient due to lots of popular bars and restaurants being only about a 5 minute uber ride away. The interior was nicely decorated and enjoyed the jacuzzi!!

Todo perfecto. Gran lugar y buena atención. Solo me hubiera gustado que antes de decir que nosotros teníamos una falla en el jacuzzi, hubieran investigado bien antes. Pero me encantó el lugar.

I would love to give a special thank you to Carlos. My friends and I stayed at his airbnb for 7 days and it was one of the best stays of my life. Carlos helped out a lot and recommended a lot of things to do in the area. I highly recommend trying this location, not only because of the great the house is but because of how great of a host Carlos is. Thank you!

Wonderful stay! Was stocked with everything I needed. The jacuzzi works well with constant hot water. Great location! Would be back in the future.

Best Airbnb ever ! First time a cleaning lady is included ! Lucy came each day it was very appreciative but the best is everyone has his own privacy with shower and toilet in each room ! And very big common place ! We loved Ignacio place

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was stunning—cozy, inviting, and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony were beautifully designed and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for more! I’d 100% recommend this gem to anyone and would love to return for another stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! They even left us a couple of snacks, for free!!

Great apartment in the heart of poblado. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean and good for the three of us. Host was very responsive answering all questions and giving us great recommendations.

Manuela is amazing! I’ve stayed here again and again, and it’s always a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place and this incredible host. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with a perfect 1-bedroom layout in Medellín. The outdoor space is one of my favorite parts—the jacuzzi is large, warm, and perfect for relaxing, and there’s even a cute hammock where you can chill and enjoy the vibes. The building staff are also fantastic—always friendly and professional. Manuela is incredibly helpful, offered great recommendations, and answered all my questions quickly. She even helped me out with a few things I needed during my time in the city. Absolutely love this spot—can’t wait to come back!
