Mi estadía en la propiedad de Ruben fue excelente. Siempre estuvo atento a cualquier indicación, el barrio es muy seguro y encuentras bancos, restaurantes, tiendas. La casa es tal cual a las fotos, superó mis expectativas y le quiero dar un agradecimiento a la señora Carmen que siempre estuvo atenta y dispuesta a colaborarnos en lo que necesitáramos. 10/10. Pasamos unos días increíbles, muchas gracias.

The house was clean, in a great location, ideal for US travelers who want to enjoy the night life. Very secure location and the host was very effective at communicating with me. Checking in or getting into the house was a little challenging since the voice instructions were in spanish. However, there are written instructions in English that you can follow so it may not be a big deal after all. Otherwise, I will definitely stay here when I return next year. We did not have any problems at all.

We had the perfect family vacation in a great city, friendly people! Lots of transportation resources, necessary to move in this very hilly town! Everybody is very kind and willing to help tourists. Host is very responsive and willing to help too. Thank you very much! I give this location a 5 star rating!!

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Medellín. Luis es un host sumamente comprometido por dar un excelente servicio. Siempre esta a disposición para cualquier duda, consejo, recomendación y/o tours que el mismo ofrece, y a buen precio (comparado con mas proveedores). Las fotos de la casa no le hacen justicia al inmueble, es sumamente amplio y cómodo. Con diversidad de cuartos y recamaras muy espaciosas. Los Laureles es una muy buena zona para quedarse si estas de visita en Medellin, rodeada de restaurantes, tiendas, centros comerciales, y demás. Una zona sumamente tranquila, ideal para todo tipo de huespedes (familiares o grupo de amigos). En fin, excelente experiencia. Cien porciento recomendado!

The apartment was perfect, exactly as described. Perfect for a family of 4 and no bathroom fights ! We loved the wrap around big balcony with great views of the city and Poblado. beautiful plants around the balcony and a hot tub ! Everywhere was very easy to get to. Lots of great restaurants in the Provenza neighborhood 20 mins walking if you are up for a climb but otherwise a quick 5 min Uber ride.

Doña Gloria and Don Jorge did a great job during our stay. When we had some maintenance issues, they sent someone to fix it immediately. The pool was great and I liked that the big super market and strip mall with restaurants was nearby. I definitely recommend their Airbnb to future guests.

Great view and a really comfortable, clean apartment. Kata was always responsive and helpful. A little hard to walk to poblado center, but Ubers were very affordable.

We were a group of 4 girls staying at Maria’s condo in Medellín and had an amazing time! Although our stay was short, everything about it was perfect. The condo is in a quieter part of the city, which made it super peaceful. We couldn’t hear any noise at night, which was great after long days out. The location is also very walkable to Provenza, so we were able to easily explore the area’s restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. We felt incredibly safe the entire time, especially with the 24-hour receptionit gave us peace of mind as a group of girls traveling together. Maria was also so responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The condo itself is huge, spotless, and has an absolutely stunning view of the city. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay here again!

This is a worthwhile apartment if you want a great view (I mean the best view I've had in Medellin) and don't mind walking up and down slight inclines. It's great cardio. I stayed a month and had no problems. The door staff are friendly as are the the neighbors. The apartment has everything needed for a long stay. I would definitely go back.

The location was relatively quiet, peaceful and very beautiful. The studio is small, but large enough for my needs. The bathroom and the patio were large. The host was incredibly responsive. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again

Divino el apartamento, todo es muy agradable, está bien dotado, la terraza en donde está el jacuzzi es muy agradable y en general todo el lugar corresponde a lo mencionado en el anuncio. Ten en cuenta que a diferencia de otros Airbnb, no encontrarás alimentos básicos para cocinar, como por ejemplo, sal o aceite. Sin embargo, tienen una cortesía en donde se incluye una botella de vino y café. Agradecemos por esto. También para que lo tengas presente no encontrarás toallas de cocina o limpiones. Por lo demás todo fue perfecto, está muy bien ubicado y dentro de las zonas comunes tienes muchas comodidades. Está muy bien, dotado de toallas, cobijas, almohadas y utensilios necesarios de cocina.

First time in Medellin and staying at Conrad’s place and I literally fell in love. The place fits the description and the pictures. Communicating with Conrad was easy and effective, which I really appreciate. He left treats for me which were really thoughtful of him. I will definitely be booking with him again because the views from the apartment are incredible and worth. Thank you, Conrad!

This place was prefect location for Lleras Parque and all the shops. The jacuzzi was the center peace for entertainment. There’s even a cool balcony that is perfect for a cup of Colombian coffee. Also, the cleaning Luisa came everyday and kept the place tidy. Thank you for an awesome vacation.

This place what's remarkable, very quick to respond. Great suggestions for restaurants. White glove, They actually planned a romantic setting for me in my room. When I arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better host and the place was amazing. Very secure and safe. I will be back , 100% recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Claudia's and Andres home was exquisite and very beautiful. The view is nothing you can imagine! worth every minute when waking up to see the whole city at your bedroom window. I enjoyed every night in this private luxury home. Very attentive, services provided just a message or phone call away. Anything I needed, was looked at. Their Driver kept me safe, and was close by when needed. I could not ask for a better experience but having it at this location, and hospitality.

No hay palabras para describir lo increíble que fue quedarnos en este bello apartamento. Es el mejor airbnb en el que hemos estado. Súper limpio, comodo, grande y con una vista que te deja sin aliento. Carlos es el mejor host, se preocupa mucho por uno y se asegura de que te sientas a gusto. El lugar es hermoso y es un area muy tranquila. Uno se siente en paz. Si vas a rentar este lugar, no lo pienses. En mi opinión el mejor area para quedarse en medellin. Tiene todo cerca. Farmacias, supermercados y restaurantes. Gracias por la experiencia Carlos. Definitivamente volvemos ☺️
