Beautiful kasbah and amazing customer service staff. In fact the best customer service we had in all Morocco. 3 staff were all making our stay the best in the region.

Very pleasant accommodation in the center of Zaida. Hassan took really great care of us, helped us with finding the hotel, showed us where to park our car and invited us to his restaurant, where we were offered tasty dinner for a really low price. They also welcomed us with a cup of tea. The bedroom was nice and clean,there was also beautiful view. In the morning we got delicious breakfast, even though we thought the price does not include breakfast. All in all, very pleasant stay.

Ali went above and beyond for us. We had a long day of travel and arrived well behind schedule. He was accommodating and flexible, made sure we had a place to park and took additional time to provide local restaurant recommendations. Ali is a kind and generous host. The space itself was meticulously clean and modern, the American style shower was a huge selling point for us! It is close to many stores and restaurants, so lots of options in a small radius. We only stayed the night, as we were passing thru, but Midelt was a very nice little town.

Awesome place! Moulay El Hassan is such a great host, he helped us make us feel at home. His place has everything you need. If you're in Errachidia, I highly recommend booking this apartment. You'll have everything you need in a central location of Errachidia and with a very nice responsive host.
