This 50sqm Loft is perfect for couples or travelling friends/students visiting Budapest for short or medium stay. This district of Budapest is a unique neighborhood, and the property is located close to iconic places like Andrássy Avenue, the Opera, and the Institute of Balett. The city's famous ruin bars are also right on the next street. Day parking garage is available in the next building for daily fee. There is a gym very close to our house just one streets away (within 100meter). It is called Tempelfit and they offer good daily rates (HUF 2000) and very favourable 8 occasion rate (HUF 9000). They offer large Finnish and infra sauna, free Wifi, unlimited sugar-free soft drinks as well. If you are living an active life, you definitely have to check out this place.

This elegant, luxury apartment is overlooking the famous Váci street. One-bedroom apartment for 2 to 4 people with king size beds and living room in-between. Sofa in the living room can be turned into a specious bed. Pastel and warm colours of the furniture. The bathroom has shower, sink, towels and toiletries. In the living room there is a little kitchenette which is equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2017.
