We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay at this apartment. The communication was top-notch, and the apartment itself was impeccably clean, equipped with smart amenities. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, with supermarkets and stations nearby. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed accommodation.

Good points: Small place (Cozy), quiet inside, clean. A lot of useful things (fridge, dishwasher and washing machine). Bathroom was clean, good water pressure and easy to access. Plenty of parking and easy to enter. I would stay here again. It’s close to plenty of attractions and reasonable priced. The TV also had YouTube and very quick internet :) Bad points: The neighbour hood is still very much under construction. There are lorries parked on the road, hard to see round it. The bed is like a brick (so if you have a back problem, warning) and the cleaning fee is quite pricey for a small location where you have to take the bins out and separate everything.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Penthouse mit einer Top-Ausstattung, von den Wattestäbchen im Bad bis zum Obstkorb in der Küche einfach an alles gedacht. Ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Kontakt. Auch wenn die Bedienung der Schließanlage der Wohnung per App anfangs nicht ganz geklappt hat, konnten wir dank der Hilfe der Vermieterin, die sofort erreichbar war, das Problem sehr zeitnah lösen. Diese Unterkunft ist eine absolute Empfehlung in Straubing! Vielen Herzlichen Dank für so eine tolle Wohnung, den hilfsbereiten Einsatz und so viel Liebe zum Detail!

Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Airbnb-Wohnung! Sie übertraf meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und gemütlich, was einen komfortablen und entspannten Aufenthalt ermöglichte. Die Lage war ideal – in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig und sicher, was das Ganze noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und alle meine Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Ich kann diese Airbnb-Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und Fabelhafte Betreuung. Wunschlos glücklich, alles hat super gepasst, sehr zu empfehlen, jederzeit wieder! Vielen Herzlich Dank für alles, wir haben uns mehr als Wohl gefühlt.

O apartamento estava impecável, tudo muito limpo e organizado! ótima localização, cama confortável, utensílios de cozinha úteis, além de cafeteira, forno e fogão! A comunicação com o Alexandre foi muito boa e ficaríamos novamente!

Die Unterkunft von Lisa und Julian ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit allem was man für einen sorglosen und angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht ausgestattet. Es war alles super sauber und wir wurden sogar mit einem kleinen Willkommenspaket an Getränken und kleinem Snack herzlich empfangen. Obwohl die Lage sehr gut und nah an der Hauptstraße ist, ist es absolut ruhig und entspannend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Tiny House wärmstens empfehlen.

The host was very responsive and offered to help for what we needed. We had every thing we needed in that apartment. The apartment looks really nice, modern, and clean. On top of that, the location is perfect to get around shopping areas and restaurants. Recommend!😍

Schöne Wohnung in der Münchner Altstadt, sehr nah am Deutschen Museum (fussläufig) und der Isar. U-Bahn Haltestelle in der Nähe; viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und ist gemäß der Beschreibung, es ist sehr angenehm ruhig und Anna ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, S-Bahn Station Alles prima, würde ich wieder buchen

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️
