Always a pleasure to stay here. We love to stay here during our annual salmon fishing trip . The view right on the salmon river is gorgeous, and step right outside for food or drink. Right in the center of it all! Highly recommend this spot!

Our group absolutely loved staying here! The location can’t be beat and the openness of the space was perfect for our group. The 26 steps up to the loft gave us a good welcomed workout each time we came in. We had everything we needed for our stay and would absolutely stay again.

This is a wonderful property. It matched the needs of our group perfectly (large multi-generational family in town for a wedding.) Highly recommend.

My mom and I needed a place to stay close to the Skidmore campus for parents weekend. The place was perfect for us. It was close to campus and really easy to get into town to soak in all of Saratoga. The apartment was even more beautiful in person, clean, bright, and with every amenity you could imagine. There were snacks – even Ben & Jerry’s mini sundaes in the freezer! My daughter loved those! Sheri called me the night we checked in and we met her the next day. She was warm and friendly, and had lots of suggestions for us. It was a really comfortable space to rest, hang out, and make meals if we didn’t feel like going out to eat. It was a perfect place to stay, and we will definitely be back!

Gloria is a wonderful host, very responsive, and accommodating. After we arrived we requested if an iron could be provided and Gloria went out, bought and delivered a new one the next day. The location of the property is perfect in having many great restaurants right next door. There is on-site free laundry machines in the basement. There is parking behind the house which is very convenient but it can get a bit crowded when all of the apartments in the house are rented at the same time. Also at one point we heard an animal between the walls scratching and running around. The apartment is very spacious and clean, but could use some minor maintenance (window, sink, etc.) Overall a wonderful place in a great location from a terrific host. Highly recommend!!!

The location was 100% perfect for me and my group, so close to the best restaurants I’ve ever tried, especially funk n’ waffles. It was super easy to get in and the air-bnb was exactly as advertised, clean and extremely accommodating. It looked like any normal rental unit, and matched the pictures.Each bathroom was great and the choice of normal or decaf coffee was a special treat since some people can’t have caffeine. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone who needs a place to stay in Syracuse.

Jim & Sara's loft was lovely - exactly as pictured and described. I immediately felt relaxed and was impressed by the homelike feel of the decor. It also felt very spacious. There were several nice welcoming touches, like extra soft blankets, which I immediately put to use. I was in town for a wedding at Lake Cayuga, which made this location extra convenient for going back and forth for all of the festivities. I was traveling with my small dog, who also made himself right at home. There were plenty of grassy areas outside of the loft for my dog, and I felt safe walking him around the area. They were so kind to locate and mail my dog's favorite ball, which we accidentally left behind. My dog was so excited to be reunited with his favorite toy, so they are my heroes for helping us get it back. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend their loft. I hope I can find a reason to return. Thanks again for the hospitality, Jim & Sara!

This is our second stay at Stephen’s listing and another great experience! Apartment just as shown in listing, perfectly clean, well stocked and in a great location. Stephen is extremely responsive to questions. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

This apartment is beautiful and in the best location, located above several restaurants. I highly recommend getting a sandwich from Nora’s or a panini from Port City. The drinks at Southern Fare and the Rooftop are creative and delicious. Parking is really easy and we always had a spot by the door. Instructions for check in and check out were very clear and minimal. Will definitely stay again!
