There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! Thank you, Marilyn!

My family and I were in town for a basketball tournament at UNC and the location was perfect for us. The house was also very spacious and had everything we needed, especially for our little ones. They had so much fun in the play area! We were able to cook our own meals and relax at the house!The hosts of this wonderful home were always responsive, very thoughtful, and so accommodating. Overall, we had a great stay in this home! Thank you to Kristy, Ryan, and Jack the Dog!

A beautiful place to wake up and look at the mountains! Me and my friends really enjoyed our selves! Would recommend staying here and the host responded super fast with anything needed (not that there was anything wrong) 10/10!!

Fantastic, stayed 6 days, place was clean, Kyle was responsive, and willing to help out when we needed him. All the features functioned well, and there was a recommendation book awaiting when we arrived!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was super cozy. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did have an issue with the bedroom sheets but Nina was super responsive and took care of us quickly. I highly recommend this place and would stay again on my next trip to Colorado.

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

We had a great one night stay at Berenice and Jese’s place! Close to Golden and Red Rock, it was the perfect spot for us to be able to explore the area before flying out the next day. Beds are very comfortable. Hostesses did an excellent job of providing what we needed and even had welcome snacks! They were also responsive and gave us great recommendations for donut places.

A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

Great stay! Loved using the hot tub with my friends. Derrick was very communicative and helpful. We rented a car but could have walked to Lohi in addition to a few restaurants and coffee shops around the house.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment itself is comfortable, decor was really cool and interesting, comfy bed, convenient location. This place had everything I was looking for. Hanna is friendly and helpful. I got to meet her doggo in the hallway, what a sweetie! I would highly recommend this Airbnb, and would stay here again without hesitation.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Bonnie’s place provided us the perfect rest spot while we visited family in Erie, Colorado. We were pleased to find delicious muffins at checkin, as well as a generous selection of hot drinks for the Keurig ! Wonderful shower, towels, and mattress for a good nights sleep. Be sure to watch your toes around the base of the metal bedframe! Spacious kitchen and bathroom . Bonnie is so approachable , and a plus is that her own home is right next door . Walkable to downtown and terrific restaurants ( in good weather😊). Do NOT miss “ Stacey’s Kitchen “ or the “ Erie Social Club”!!!! Be sure to double check closing times, as they are earlier than on the East coast. We Look forward to returning to Bonnie’ s Place!!!

Rebekah place was great! I mean it was very small but I am 6'4 so yeah that place made me a giant lol all in all it was a great place to stay! I will definitely have to book another stay at this place in the future!

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

This is the perfect little place for a weekend getaway. My significant other and I were looking for the perfect place away from society and surrounded with nature and this was the perfect place! Clean and most of all cozy!

If you are looking for an affordable place that is close to downtown without being in it, this is a great choice. The house was comfortable for us 4 guests and my dog, easy to find things in the home, in a quiet spot, and right behind a creek which added to the atmosphere. There's a pub right next door as well. The hosts sent a lot of communication and gave us a heads up about the weekend weather, and were always friendly and responsive. I dont have anything but great things to say about the rental and hosts. This will definitely be an option for lodging again in the future.

Wow!! Evans place is amazing! My family and I loved everything about it. Location was perfect. We could walk everywhere downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park was just a short drive. The condo had plenty of space. The upstairs loft skylight was beautiful. Evan was so quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely stay there again!!

We had such an amazing time here. The place was so well equipped with everything from coffee to toothbrushes if you forgot. The hosts were responsive. Would totally recommend staying here- it was awesome!!!

Great place! We booked this place with 5 friends to go hiking at RMNP and it was perfect! Everyone was comfortable and enough space for everyone. The kitchen it’s small but still worked to prep sandwiches and breakfast for our trip. The only small thing it’s that the wifi is a little slow.

My son and I spent 2 nights at Martin's property. The location was great, just a few blocks from Union Station, walkable to many restaurants, coffee and shops. Parking was super convenient, underground and secure. The unit was spotless and just as described, and is thoughtfully appointed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable for sleeping, and my son loved the bunk bed setup in the second bedroom. Martin was an exemplary host, always quickly responsive and very helpful. I will certainly book this unit if we visit the area again.

Perfect location! Although the area is busy, it was easy to find parking and very quiet inside the Airbnb. Awesome brewery with food trucks right next door. Perfect spot for a group exploring the Denver area!
