It was great to stay there but they have only one bathroom, not enough utensils as I expected. Overall it was good.

It was a last minute stay since the place we had booked cancelled our reservation the day of because of a "plumbing problem" and we were already at our destination. So luckily Billy got us a place for 5 adults and a 1 yr old, and it was perfect. He was such a god send and very very much appreciated!

This was our 5th time staying in Cipriana’s home. We absolutely love it there!! We didn’t leave the house and enjoyed a nice winter day watching the snow fall and stayed warm by the fireplace. This place is a gem!! If you’re looking for a home away from home this is it!!! We appreciate the hospitality here and Capriana & Melissa are so helpful!! Great communication and always so welcoming. We will be back soon and plan to always stay here in their home.

This is a repeat visit, I have stayed with Gretchen & Stephen before. It is a beautiful, updated farmhouse on a hill with such aesthetically pleasing arts and crafts throughout their home, many of which are made by the hosts. It is colorful and enjoyable wherever you turn. Bedroom is comfortable with comfy bed, dresser, chair. It’s so quiet and welcoming, even the birds come to feed in the garden. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Niagara Falls is a place that is close to my family's heart and we visit there about once a year. This time, we decided a home would be a better option for us than a hotel, and Nazia's place was perfect for us as it had 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a usable kitchen, and plenty of space to sit back and relax. It's location was in a private neighborhood but within 20-30 min of our varied destinations across Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Nazia was a very kind, attentive, and responsive host...she answered all my queries within minutes!
