A very nice location with a beautiful view. Place is well kept and the host is friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with check in and check out timings too. The only issue I had was a bad stench which was off putting. Hope Mr Nandan fixes it soon. I would definitely recommend this place

The owner John is very helpful when you have any question, he even organizes you food in the evening. And Ditto, who takes care of the booking is fast responsing to all your questions. For Cochin it‘s a cheap prize; it‘s a decent simple and spacious room with a wonderful matress and a soft pillow! The place is so quiet and I had a wonderful sleep. I will stay there again when passing Cochin. And John even brought me to the bus station as my bus was very early in the morning.

I was very happy with my stay. Jackson is a professional host. He responds to inquiries immediately, and when something broke, he had it repaired immediately. The accommodation is well located. Centrally located on the water, right on the promenade, with lots of shops and restaurants as well as the ferry terminal and metro nearby. The rooms are spacious and bright, everything worked perfectly and was clean. A little noise from the main road penetrates the apartment, but it dies down at night. I would come back here anytime. Good value for money.

If you want to enjoy backwater stay,this is the place to spend it with Family. It's very well maintained house even though it's built in early 2000's(not sure), it needs lot of time to maintain this big house. My kids and spouse enjoyed it away from your city traffic, I recommend for a people who have their 4 wheeler if you neeed to reach in the night. Google will show some short cut which is very narrow to reach upto main road. Explore the place, we enjoyed it.

We chose to stay at Ajith's place for 3 nights. It exceeded our expectations of an AirBnB tremendously. The amenities were lavish yet need based, the rooms were very comfortable. Felt like a homely hotel. The care taken to make sure we made it to the house without any difficulty was much appreciated. As a host Mr Ajith was very flexible with our entry and exit since our purpose of visit sometimes lead to late nights. If you are planning to be around angamally for a visit, this homestay is your go to! 10/10.

Lovely big place . Near to the lulu mall and other shopping places. Easy to commute since we had a vehicle.

Camper is like a private mini-resort. It is a wonderful place for a family reunion or group. The swimming pool and private entrance to peaceful beach were highlights. We chose to have the staff cook our meals which were delicious and easy with 4 young children. Laundry was also available and help booking ayurvedic treatments and a traveler van to the airport. Excellent service and beautiful home.

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime. We wholeheartedly recommend this serene and beautiful place for those who wish to stay in a peaceful environment with amazing hosts.

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

Stayed at the flat for 2 weeks-We had a great time, clean, safe, nice ambience. Host responded immediately every time we had a question or concern. Overall it was a great experience.

The host was very friendly and makes super comfortable with his apt interactions, and you just feel home away from home.

The flat was spacious, squeaky clean, well located and simply fabulous. It’s a 3BHK with 3 bath and a fully functional kitchen. Separate living and dining area along with a giant balcony. The one off note was that the best bedroom in the flat which comes with a wonderful view didn’t have a washroom attached to it. Ayaan and Fayiz took as much care of us as they could. Only thing that bugged us was a little episode with the host Shanu. We had requested for an early check in. We flew in early and wanted to get an update if they could accommodate us sooner. We couldn’t connect with the caretaker. In the process we had to call the host multiple times. He seemed impatient and rude on the call and he interrogated my friend whether she was lying about not being able to reach Fayiz. Later Fayiz reached out to us and he was awesomely welcoming. They did give us the room at 12noon instead of 1pm which was the scheduled check in time. And as we entered the room, well it was just incredible..

Un logement magnifique, la déco, la chambre la vue tout était incroyable. Endroit très propre. Nancy ( la gardienne ) a étais tout simplement incroyable, du début jusqu’à à la fin elle a était très disponible. Mention spécial pour leur petit déjeuner et café très bon. Ils ont étaient très flexible sur notre arrivée et départ ce qui est un point fort pour les voyageurs qui viennent en avion. Je reviendrai certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage en Inde

Renju was super responsive and answered all my queries promptly. They were also accommodative of the requests from my side. My guests loved the property!!
