It is a very nice clean new construction home The room was very nice and comfortable have access to bathroom kitchen and anything else you may need. they were very very kind and accommodating could not ask for a nicer hosts very quick to respond to any questions or need. absolutely loved our stay. I well definitely be booking the room in the future.

Wow! What a great experience. Shane and Teresa are not just great hosts, they are truly terrific people. They were able to accommodate some of extra circumstances we had. They had great suggestions for food, helped us find an Asian grocery that had things we needed. We didn’t know how ir would be with hosts being at home during our stay but it was great. They stayed in their own area and we had use of the house and the pool. We enjoyed talking with them and found it easy to balance time in our own with time with them. The accommodations were even better than we anticipated. We were able to enjoy the pool, there were lots of channels and streaming services available for when we just wanted down time. By far the best thing experience we have had in Airbnb. We will be back for sure!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very nice, clean and comfortable with lots of space. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Liz’s place was exactly as described. It had abundance of verything you’d ever need and more. Liz is a wonderful host, non-invasive but yet she was always there when needed. She would give you great tips on the area if you are new to Pensacola and that is a very valuable info and its free! She has two very friendly dogs, if you are dog person like me and a very nice cat (never liked cats but Luna may have changed my mind). Harley was hands down my favorite! She will make you fall in love with her from the first minute you meet her. Place is 8 min drive to airport, although you will never hear any planes! Wonderful stay overall. Will definitely stay at Liz’s place next time l visit, if it is available.

We really enjoyed the front porch and relaxing with a nice Gulf breeze. Enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. A very peaceful vacation. There were plenty of places to walk our dog.

Love Serena’s place, she’s so kind and helpful, her home is new, clean, and the deco is pretty modern, would love to stay there again!

Ms. Dilila was very kind and attentive. She checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. She has also given me a lot of tips about the area and places to check out. She made my stay very comfortable and welcoming. She truly is the nicest and the room is very pleasant. I really had everything I wanted out of this stay.

We hit the jackpot when we chose to stay at A New Hope Retreat. It has everything that the description promises and more! It is a beautiful, clean, quiet, get away from all of the endless activities and sights of the areas nearby. It is located close to Pensacola, Navarre, Fort Walton, Destin, etc. We even took a day trip to Tallahassee! My two pre-teen girls and I enjoyed beginning and ending each day of our two week trip here. I was able to plan our next day's excursion while the girls streamed a movie or played video games on the various gaming devices. Jason was more than accommodating. He was around and readily available if we had a question or needed anything. Since he knows the area very well, his recommendations regarding places to eat and things to do was very valuable. Also, being able to use the full kitchen was helpful when we didn't want to go out to eat. The refrigerator and microwave in our room came in handy when we wanted a quick snack. Our vacation was that much more enjoyable because of the relaxing stay we were able to experience here. We hope to be able to come back. We are so lucky to have found this place!

The pictures do not do this nice place Justice. The apartment studio is located at a restored Victorian home in the historic District just off of downtown absolutely first class with a beautiful patio and backyard garden area to enjoy. Tammy is a great host and communicates quickly and had great recommendations. The area is safe quiet and parking is very convenient. The bathroom is incredibly spacious with a nice modern walk-in shower and wonderful gigantic showerhead that is a rain type shower with a hand wand. The room itself is very spacious clean and the bed is comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Tammie's place in Pensacola was absolutely amazing! She was an excellent host with great communication and was very informative. She even checked in during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to visit. And as a bonus, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! Highly recommend staying here!

I came down here to spend the week visiting my wife at the base and this fishing cabin was the PERFECT little spot to be at. clean and close to everything, in between both bases for ease of travel, and we like to take strolls at night so it was nice being in an area that's well lit and peaceful at night as well. the wife felt safe while there, and we both loved it. The bed was super comfortable, having a real kitchen in that space made it feel so much bigger than it is and it was an overall great experience. we WILL be coming back to this place the next time I'm coming down to Florida. 10/10 recommend, and 10/10 hosts. they actually respond, they give recommendations, and they are super nice people compared to other places I've stayed at. can't say enough good things about this place 🙌🙌🙌
