We enjoyed our stay at this condo! No stress getting in and everything was as described. I only wish we didn’t just plan for a short weekend trip! It was very roomy and clean and the balcony was great to relax on in the mornings and afternoons. I would love to stay again when the weather is warmer.

We had a great visit in this ground level, corner unit! The pools were great for the kids and the direct access to the beach and pool area were amazing. The unit is updated and clean and everything was as appeared in the pictures. The construction on site was a bit of a bummer but because this unit has direct access to the pools and beach it didn’t impact us much. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful extended family stay for the Christmas holiday. The condo was clean and in a great location to watch the beach or sit, walk play on the beach. We enjoyed our stay in orange beach very much and were able to cook as to not spend lots of time eating out. The weather was a little chilly on the beach but it was still beautiful. Thank you for a great Christmas beach get away.

We had a terrific stay. The condo was just as expected and clean and uncluttered. A minor issue with the keypad lock was addressed immediately, and they were proactive to advise of a building fire sprinkler inspection. The beach view and access is excellent. Seeing dolphins and pelicans and ospreys and eagles and herons from the balcony was amazing, and we enjoyed the off-season quiet. We'll book again.

This place is in a great location and you can’t beat the price. The host is incredibly friendly and super responsive to questions leading up to our arrival. The condo has plenty of room. Overall very pleased and would absolutely rent from Rose again!

Kim’s place was just perfect for our family vacation of 4 adults and 2 kids. The condo is spacious, clean and has spectacular views! The kitchen was well stocked. Being kid friendly and having a pack-n-play along with beach toys, games and puzzles made our beach stay even more relaxing and fun! Kim was helpful and communicated promptly and also was generous with helpful tips and suggestions.

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. This was my first time ever to Pensacola, unfortunately because of a funeral, but Micah made it feel so comfortable and greeted us when we got there with her sweet fur babies! Her place is absolutely adorable and perfect for all I needed! Her and her husband both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and makes sure you have all the necessities in case you forget something, which I did! And leave you some treats in a basket for when you need a little snack! And if you’re lucky and you have time, you may can book a massage with her while you’re there! I just loved it and I will definitely be back to visit this summer to enjoy the beach! Thank you Micah!

Our stay with three boys and our pup was perfect for spring break. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance yet the cottage was peaceful and private. We loved the fenced in backyard.

We had to evacuate for the hurricane and found this spot and we really enjoyed it. Dick was very helpful by allowing our cats to be there and he also accommodated us by letting us stay an extra day. The place was very unique and historic.

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

I had a wonderful experience at this delightful place! The check-in process was a breeze. The accommodations were well-stocked and had everything I needed. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The shuttle to the beach/pool was quick and convenient. I loved the golf cart; it added a fun touch to getting around!

We really enjoyed our time here with the kids over spring break. The home is clean and colorful with lots of fun art, games, a hammock, and a little bar area to mix a drink. We hadn’t gone to the store right away so the first morning we took a little walk to an outdoor breakfast coffee stand called Colette cafe where they had amazing drinks and breakfast croissants! We loved our quick 10 min drives to and from the beach each day, and enjoyed using the grill in the backyard in the evening. Shanna also has 6 or so beach chairs we used so we didn’t need to bring any. I was originally worried about the location but we still had more than enough time on the beaches everywhere, where there is always plenty of parking. I definitely recommend Shanna’s home for any kind of stays year round!

Thank you to Rob, we had a great family vacation! With this house, there was plenty of room for all 10 of us! We loved the location, the pool, the proximity to the beach, and local attractions! Great place to stay! Family spent Christmas here and it was everything we could ask for and more! More than enough amenities and everything you could need for a trip away from home! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is comfortable and very family-friendly and literally steps from the clean, fine, white sand. It is well equipped with everything we could need. There were even bonus beach toys and chairs in the closet. The place was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Jeff was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. He was friendly and easy to talk to and everything you would hope for with a host.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The house has plenty of space and looks just like the pictures. Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to beautiful beaches. We’d definitely recommend it to friends!

The house is very close to the beach and the use of the pool was wonderful, the only suggestion I would make is to put some window treatments downstairs on the windows so people can’t see in at night! Thank you for a fun beautiful stay!

Excellent place for those seeking calm and private setting without overpaying for it. Fifteen minute drive to the beach is not a trouble at all, especially if planning to visit some stores, services or restaurants on that route. Private pool right at the door of the individual entrance - no need to fight for your space in the water or at the poolside. Neat room, with just about all you may need during your stay, everything works as it should, immediate response from the owners if something else it requested. I would certainly recommend to anyone, already shared with my friends and big family, and definitely will consider for my next trip to the beach.

Such a great and convient little house to stay in for two people!
