Highly recommend Lisa’s place! The condo was very clean and spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. We loved how quiet this area of the beach was. It allowed easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and activities for our family.

Lovely 9th floor balcony and view of the beach. Living area and kitchen like new and well furnished. Comfy bed. Easy elevator ride and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a wonderful place to spend our spring break! Everything was clean, the decor beautiful, and the beds so comfy. I loved how quiet the neighbors were, and the location was perfect for heading to the beach or into Pensacola to visit colleges with our teen. No problems, great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

The perfect family spring break house. We had multiple families meet up and we couldn’t have picked a better home. Perfectly clean, friendly and responsive host, so much space, couldn’t get closer to the beach. TWO FRIDGES?!? This place e is perfectly set up for hosting. We have stayed in this area multiple times but staying here, less than a mile east of where we usually stay was the best location we’ve found. No high rises, the beach was practically empty on spring break which is in heard of. The house had everything we needed to have cook at home nights but was still on ten minutes to any restaurant or store we wanted. They provided extra towels and liners which doesn’t always happen at air bnbs. Honestly everything was just perfect.

The condo was beautiful and the hosts very thoughtful and thorough. Highly recommend.

We could not be more pleased with the accommodation’s. Look just like the pics. Walk to the beach was super easy and close. Condo has everything you need for a great stay. If you forget anything, Walmart and Publix are super close. Thank you Kirklyn! We will absolutely rent from you in the future🫶

When my daughter owned the door, she simply had one word, “Wow”. It is a beautiful place. The master bedroom and bath are spacious to say the least. There is plenty of room in the kitchen. Very clean. My wife, and our girls love to spend time in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The location is highly convenient. Publix and the Walmart grocery are within 2 miles. A couple of ice cream shops within two miles. All that is enough, but you also have a lady, Cynthia, that has the answers to all your questions, and she is local. You can also message Tony, and you will get a response. I do enjoy the view on the 17th floor, and the elevators are quick, so there is no disadvantage to the higher floors. We will certainly stay again if we come to Orange Beach again.

Meng always was proactive and responsive. The place and the view was amazing!!! Highly recommend it!!!

We were pleased with the space. It was very accommodating and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving. Our view from the condo was lovely! The view of the golf course was beautiful and the club house a short walk. We had a great vacation.

Our family had a great stay here. Right on the beach a super plus with kids and ability to cook your own meals. Place was clean and had sufficient kitchen supplies to make a home cooked meal. The beach is beautiful and the view out of the windows is lovely. We had a great stay. One thing to be aware of is that you'll get a text message with info/code to get in the front gate, I was looking in the Airbnb messages and couldn't find it so had to call. Thankfully Heather answered right away and could help me out. Another thing to be aware of is that once you get to the door the keypad with numbers does not appear until you push the Yale button. So at the door, push the Yale button first and then the numbers will appear and you can enter the code to the door (different than the gate code and code to get in the building). Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved being so close to a beautiful beach while also being able to cook for ourselves.

The communication during planning was prompt and accurate. The condo and the facility it is in is comfortable, quiet, well-run. The balcony is big enough for all guests to enjoy the view comfortably together. Water pressure, temperature control, kitchen utensils and appliances - all those things that make a place comfy or a little annoying - were all great. Parking spaces were not cramped. Never waited for elevators. And the beaches right across the street are incredible.

Jami was responsive and very helpful..great location..view is amazing!..condo very spacious.. beds very comfortable and have good pillows which is a plus for us..will definitely b returning.

Thank you so very much for your wonderful accommodations and flexibility with late checkout due to late flights home. This was a very comfortable place to make home for a few days. I had lots of peaceful walks on the beach as it was easily accessible.

Wonderful location, right on the Gulf. We enjoyed the amenities of the condo- pools, gym, bbq area. Great unit for large families with en suite bathrooms, laundry & a well equipped kitchen . Hosts reached out to me because my email wasn’t working to be sure that I had the check in information I needed-very thoughtful! Very nice stay

The room was very nice. It was clean and spacious. The view was beautiful. However, there was a maintenance issue with the air conditioning and was only able to stay one night. Tracey communicated the issue with us and offered to accommodate. Tracey was very sweet and assisted us. It was very easy to contact her. I highly recommend booking with her.

Great AirBNB. House was very nice and fit 8 of us pretty well. Some small things like doors not closing right, but nothing that effected the stay. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great time on our trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. This place was perfect for the size of our family. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach was so peaceful and relaxing. Having private access to the private beach and not having to drive to get to the beach was great, especially with two 4yos. The place was pretty and clean, provided lots of towels and beach chairs, and the checkout instructions were very simple. We definitely look forward to staying here again soon. We chose this house for our family vacation , with our new grandbaby!! It was perfect and comfortable for 7 plus baby! The shuttle was perfect for hauling the beach stuff! The beach club was convenient and had good food ! Enjoyed the whole experience!

Host Shanna was great. she allowed us to have a celebration of life get together for my mom that we just lost. she even rescheduled her lawn care so it would not interrupte our celebration. House is beautiful and had everything we needed. House was very clean and has plenty of room. I would definitely recommend this house if your staying in Pensacola Florida.

The place was great. The owner took great steps to make certain we had what we needed. Just bad timing as there was an AC problem but the owner immediately responded. Close to beach with 2 pools. Highly recommend staying here.
