This was my first time ever to Pensacola, unfortunately because of a funeral, but Micah made it feel so comfortable and greeted us when we got there with her sweet fur babies! Her place is absolutely adorable and perfect for all I needed! Her and her husband both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and makes sure you have all the necessities in case you forget something, which I did! And leave you some treats in a basket for when you need a little snack! And if you’re lucky and you have time, you may can book a massage with her while you’re there! I just loved it and I will definitely be back to visit this summer to enjoy the beach! Thank you Micah!

Excellent place for those seeking calm and private setting without overpaying for it. Fifteen minute drive to the beach is not a trouble at all, especially if planning to visit some stores, services or restaurants on that route. Private pool right at the door of the individual entrance - no need to fight for your space in the water or at the poolside. Neat room, with just about all you may need during your stay, everything works as it should, immediate response from the owners if something else it requested. I would certainly recommend to anyone, already shared with my friends and big family, and definitely will consider for my next trip to the beach.

This was a wonderful little stay for my children and I! The owners are super nice and caring people. We will definitely stay here again when we visit pensacola!

Such a great and convient little house to stay in for two people!

Quaint little slice of heaven! My mom and I really enjoyed our one room guest house! Felt like camping but with all the amenities. Bed was really comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed (or she got it for us) Bonnie is family now.

Beautiful and very private space. Wonderful walking neighborhood. Christian was fantastic to work with.

Location was great. Close to the beach and restaurants. Did have some street noise but thats to be expected. Unit is downstairs so did have some noise with the first guests but no issues with the second guests so thats pretty dependent on who is staying in the top unit. Price was reasonable and host had provided items such as towels and chairs for the beach, corn hole boards, and bicycles for short travel. The shower/ hose out back was also helpful to clean sand off.

We had an amazing time! The property is absolutely stunning! We brought our own boat and used the dock, caught blue crabs, fed the pigs and chickens & brought our bikes to bike around. The property was peaceful and private. Very safe neighborhood. You do have to drive 20-30 min to get to a grocery store, but we didn’t mind exploring the city of Pace for groceries. The orange cat is very friendly and visited us several times, also there is a siamese cat (he wasn’t very interested in us) There is a grill available, but you need charcoal. Nathan had pool/sand toys available, rafts, beach chairs and fishing poles in the garage for use. My son saw a 4 ft gator at night in the water. So just be cautious if you have kids/small pets! We will defiantly be back!

Chris's place was just what you see in the picture. Great for the price and clean as others have said. Bed comfortable, kitchen stocked and unexpected free snacks & drinks. And I was comfortable with the surroundings.

Beautiful homestead with a cute space. I was only there for one night but the hosts made me feel right at home. Loved the extra snackies! Will for sure return if possible to fully experience the farm.

Location was perfect for us as the friends we were visiting live in the neighborhood. Everything was just as described in the listing, and Jules was great at communicating before and throughout the stay. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a great place and very friendly to everyone.

For us everything was excellent. It was peaceful and we felt secure and safe. We could walk and bike safely right from the location. It was close for shopping, eating out and church. The drive to the beach wasn't too far, it took about 40 minutes and we found things to do that we didn't consider too far. The bungalow was as described and was very neat and clean. We received very prompt responses from Angela from the time we booked to the time we left. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Bottom line: It was a great experience for us.

I stayed here as a solo traveler. I felt right at home and enjoyed the space. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to downtown. The apartment was well appointed and had thoughtful details. I will definitely be back!

Loved Michael’s place! Easy walk to the beach nice beach chairs and umbrella. Everything was like new, very comfortable and inviting. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter and I really felt at peace when we arrived late after a storm had kept us as we were traveling in. Anita was very responsive helped to get things ready for us for a smooth and easy check-in no matter how late we arrived. Just a beautiful and welcoming place, and it was everything that we needed on our journey. I love the town that it was located in named Beulah - God uses it in His word to signify and land of restoration and divine favor. Thank you Anita for welcoming us into a peaceful paradise!

Such a beautiful home, with very friendly and accommodating owners. My husband, and I, along with our 2 young children were very comfortable. With a beautiful view of the bay and gorgeous surrounding scenery, Will be rebooking in the earliest convenience! 😊 10/10 experience!!

The home was clean and nice . Access was easy and so was parking . Happy to have the balcony . Our First time in Pensacola so really not much to compare to in the area from our part I think you need a car to explore. The host gives an excellent list of places to visit with distance . Overall 5 stars. Location was us just not knowing where exactly down town was located . Thank you

This place is awesome! It was cozy but did not feel too small at all for my husband and I and our Australian Shepherd. The place looked exactly like the photos, everything was immaculately clean, comfy bed and great shower! There’s also a park like a mile away with a dog park as well, local coffee shops and restaurants close by as well as a Publix. Walkable location and very safe and nice looking area. We plan on staying here again and highly recommend Meagan’s place!

Our stay at Esther’s East Hill Haven was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, the Esther was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house itself was immaculately clean, and it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. The listing was completely accurate, and the property exceeded our expectations. We felt it was an exceptional value for the price. We were particularly impressed with the thoughtful touches, such as the collection of coffee table books about the local area and the diverse cookbooks available. It truly enhanced our experience and allowed us to delve deeper into Pensacola's culture and cuisine. We wholeheartedly give East Hill Haven a 5+ star rating and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped stay in Pensacola. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at this lovely cottage was just what we were looking for. The location is quiet and peaceful, the accommodations lacked for nothing, and the hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. If in Pensacola again this is where would stay.
