Wow. I don’t think words will be able to describe our stay here. We had friends and a dog which was no problem! There’s nothing but tranquility and peace staying here. I can’t wait to come back again soon. Sarah is awesome, very responsive, and the most kind of people guys. Looking for a relaxed stay? Need a great view? Need some quiet time? We had a great experience! Lee thought of so many little details that made being away from home easier. Little things like plenty of toilet paper, lots of kitchen utensils, things like plastic baggies and aluminum foil, chocolate and water bottles in the bedroom as well as some toiletries in both bathrooms. The place was cozy - you could truly feel comfortable there. It was exactly what we needed and in a location close to the Naval base which was nice for our son.

We had a great stay while visiting our daughter who is currently stationed at NAS Pensacola. The base is only about 15 minutes from the house which was great! Super convenient location, Close to beaches, shopping (target and Walmart are just around the corner!) The Hosts are very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The back yard was great for our dog! The neighborhood felt very safe. Try Badass Hawaii coffee, just up the street, so good!! A+ stay!

We had a great month the house was perfect quite relaxing had great weather we fished everyday off the dock caught all kinds of different fish red fish, cat fish, croaker, black drum, even a alligator turtle to our surprise lol Danielle was a great host very responsive when we booked easy to work with easy to get to the house and get in the house we enjoyed our stay very much if your looking for a quite getaway to sit on the dock and enjoy the water and sunshine this is the place we also enjoyed the provided kayaks they were great thank you for sharing a piece of your heaven it was wonderful 🥰

Samuel’s place was very well led out. Bedrooms and closets are a good size as is the master bathroom. The location is very good for easy travel to Perdido Key beaches.

This home was perfect! The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen had everything you could need, I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was better stocked with items to make a family meal. The gas grill was nice to cook up a few meals. The view was to die for! We brought our paddles boards and paddled up to the little restaurant and shop for an ice cream. Grocery stores are close, public beach access was about 5mins away. We will be staying here again! This house is dated but was perfect for my large family. Things to note.. bring paper towel, tp, dish pods and all toiletries.

Very clean & comfortable...fishing in the evening after a long day at work was a treat.We definitely will be booking again!!!

Very clean, very comfortable. Exactly what we were hoping for. Dan and his team were very helpful when we needed help with the internet and some keys. Great place to stay in Perdido Key.

Cute little place with just what you need. Not in a very crowded area but we loved walking down to the restaurant.

Studio apartment is in a convenient location to downtown Pensacola and beach. Located in a nice neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and helpful during our month-long stay. Highly recommend.

Bob was very nice. we met him when we arrived a little early. the marina is a couple minute walk with a little beach. place was cute and furniture was very comfortable. the little fenced in yard was perfect for my dog to play and there is also a dog park less than a mile away. definitely would stay here again

This listing was in the PERFECT spot, walking distance from the beach. Plus, Lana was so helpful and responsive! The condo came with a bunch of extra helpful cleaning supplies and just felt so homey!

It was very beautiful loved the place very clean. Had a good stay would definitely come back. The only problem I had was the internet but he was very responsive on trying to fix the problem! Definitely recommend!

It was such a relaxing week, bed was super comfortable, and easy access at the back sliding door. I even get to see a dolphin passing through. Felt super cozy.

There are not enough words to describe how great Tom and Renee are in addition to their beautiful air bnb! I travel often for work and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The land is gorgeous, peaceful, and just perfect. The home itself is so homey and cozy and I can’t think of one thing we needed. We will definitely be back! This location was perfect for my stay. The host, Christopher, is outstanding. The location was perfect for access to all things Navy. it sits single minutes from home the the Navy Blue Angels. It's literally, less than 10 minutes west of beautiful downtown Pensacola and 10 minutes east of Perdido Key/Johnson's Beach. Just a few miles further is the Flora-Bama Grill/Lounge, located famously on the on the state line of Perdido Key, FL and Orange Beach, AL. The house is beach themed with a comforting chill vibe. The exterior seemed small but once inside we were pleasantly surprised with room for everyone. The privacy fenced backyard includes a patio equipped with a grill, seating and ambient lighting. The neighborhood is perfect for walks/bike rides along the paved trail alongside the bayou, located just a few steps away. The house comes equipped with a lively organ/piano for evening sing-a-longs. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for my two young pups to play during our stay.

Had a great time. Great location- quick walk to beach/ playground. Friendly neighbors. Fit my family well for the week we were in town.

David is a fantastic host! Our second or third time staying. Quiet and peaceful property. We will definitely be back!
